Barnsley - a very underrated town.
I’ve worked in far worse places!
Barnsley. What a town. I visited for the first yesterday to film a report for tonight’s News at Ten.
The centre is full of life, the people we met were warm and welcoming and those moors! In the gaps between the buildings you catch glimpses of stunning countryside. #blownaway
Look closely and there is the Blue route from Blue John Cavern waiting to depart back to Chatsworth #BusesInLandscape
Out walking in the beautiful Peaks yesterday and observed this beauty in green and yellow rounding the corner and delighting visitors with spectacular views of the Hope Valley 😍
This looks an excellent idea. Hopefully ‘beer and buses’ can catch on up north too!

Glad to hear you enjoyed it, we have two wonderful routes through the Peaks 😁
A wonderful trip on the Peak Sightseer earlier this week, a great initiative from colleagues @StagecoachYrks @MattK1979 and a fabulous team of drivers
Amazing what you find lurking round the back of bus depots, pretty sure it’s not on our fleet card 🧐
It’s one of my favourite @creatingdesire creations too although I may be a little bit biased.
The Bakewell pudding also looks a tad desirous 😁
I think the Peak Sightseer livery may be one of my favourite @creatingdesire creations. It's a real eye-catcher! And by the way, when hopping off in Bakewell, you have to scoff a Bakewell tart.
It's the law.
Ay up me duck! Here’s our Shayne enjoying the latest issue of @classicbus in some appropriate surroundings.
He happens to be this issues page 3 star too…

A great day out Peak Sightseeing today - highly recommended and fantastic to bump into @283URB too! @MattK1979 and his team doing a grand job.
Glad to hear you’re enjoying the trip Anthony 👍
Exploring the #PeakDistrict on Open Toppers for the day!
Highly recommend a day out on Peak Sightseer - great service with a brilliant team of drivers from @StagecoachYrks
I’ve found a contender for Europe’s most scenic bus ride - the winding road to Sa Calobra via numerous hairpin bends including the Three Marias.
Only possible on excursion coaches which can only go north in the morning and south in the afternoon as the road is so narrow 😬

Why not @CountBinface on @bbcquestiontime tomorrow? Unlike Farage, he at least went to the trouble of standing for election, he’s a good performer, not remotely offensive and has been addressing some interesting issues lately. So who’d you like to see?
