The Wasco Co DA Office has set up a small library outside our office. The books are intended for defendants to read, digest, and report back as an opportunity to mitigate a criminal case. I generally don't agree with NDAA. This statement is worth the repost, though, and I encourage NDAA to add @AndrewWarrenFL along with @MoniqueHWorrell.
