It’s on the other side of Mason-Dixon (which runs north-south instead of east-west for that segment).

Section 6 doesn't really distinguish between civil and criminal arrest. It's also limited to "during attendance" and "going to and returning from." Congress could overrule the executive, probably by declaring eligibility, definitely by passing a writ of citizenship... but...

No more and no less than it prevents her from being arrested or imprisoned, i.e., at best in a very temporary fashion. Members of Congress have been jailed - Matthew Lyon missed most of the whole of the 3rd session of the 5th Congress (and was re-elected while incarcerated).

Ilhan Omar’s statements on Somali & US affairs provide evidence she lied when giving the naturalization oath, IMO. It’s hard to prove in court, but historically, joining certain groups within a certain timeframe has been considered legal evidence of such perjury.

I told Grok it could be honest and to color where it *really* wanted to live after looking at your post. This was the revised version.

Grok looked up my personal website, determined what I looked like, and then said it was going to dress Olive up since she was my profile picture. Feisty.

Do you know what "arrest" originally meant? "Stop." Because when the police arrest someone, they're stopping their criminal activity. We should stop violent criminals regardless of age, and then prevent them by re-offending by the degree of force appears necessary.

The closest I have come to the Greek system is being invited as entertainment by sororities & I don’t work in finance, so I don’t have a direct stake. That said, this is blatantly sex-based discrimination.
I work at a large finance firm and hire interns/new grads. If a man applies and I see he was part of a frat. Resume is going straight into the shredder.

A heritage backfill is literally one of the notes out of "A Trekkie's Tale." The standard Mary Sue fantasy is oriented on being (A) hypercompetent, (B) hyperpopular, and (C) always in the right from the writer's perspective. Rey fits 3/3. Luke & Anakin are at 0/3.
