MAGA wants to trash our community colleges system.
We urge you to vote for Judy Schweibert (At-Large), Bill Sandweg (Dist 3), and Donna Davis (Dist 4) for MCCCD.

No one should have to go through the terror and brutalization of being raped. We do not condone these acts of violence against any human being. We welcome a swift investigation into this disturbing matter.
Embarrassed, she initially didn’t want to report attack. Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office's investigation is ongoing.

Arizona deserves leaders who put our state ahead of partisan politics.
That’s why I’m proud to have former Mesa Mayor @johngiles4AZ by my side as my pick for Lieutenant Governor.
Together, we’ll put Arizona first, deliver real results, and keep moving our state forward.
The Trump administration-run SAVE system flagged 39 non-citizens registered in Yavapai County among active records. The actual number is only 12. This error rate in the Trump-controlled database, which can disenfranchise LOTS of people, is alarming!😳😳😳
This is the principal author of the SAVE Act all-but-admitting that it would disenfranchise tens of millions of married women who've changed their last names.
This bill is trash!
Republicans can't win on the issues. So, they're cheating.
🚨LEAKED VIDEO: While Republicans are trying to RAM the Save Act through, the bill’s author, Chip Roy was secretly recorded ADMITTING the SAVE Act hurts women voters with married names.
This is going to be a nightmare for millions of women.

Arizona voters cannot afford to hand the Secretary of State's Office to an election denier with a record of ethical violations. I swore an oath to defend the Constitution, and I have kept that promise. I will continue to do so.

Gov. Katie Hobbs doesn't know who she'll face in November yet — but her reelection campaign is already making moves.
Hobbs launched "Familias Primero," a new coalition aimed at rallying Latino voters behind her bid for a second term.

Happy Election Day, Arizona!

Totally batsh*t. Crank. Conspiracy theorist. Loon. But, more importantly, dangerous.
This is emblematic of the nuttiness that awaits Arizonans if they allow @TPUSA to take control of our state government.

What difference does 280 votes make? @AZAGMayes took this case to the Supreme Court. @rodneyglassman and @votewarren called it clickbait. Mayes has two of the most consequential Supreme Court wins in decades: ending costly illegal tariffs and affirming birthright citizenship.

Today I filed a lawsuit against the state of Arizona, here is why.
Arizona's mail voting system is not a partisan invention. It was created by Republicans in 1991, and for 35 years, voters of every political stripe have relied on it. Today, roughly 80 percent of Arizonans vote by mail, including seniors who are no longer driving, rural voters hours from the nearest polling place, people with disabilities, naturalized citizens, and working families who cannot afford to lose a day's wages standing in line. This system works, which is why I am a proud supporter of Protect the Vote Arizona’s efforts to enshrine our fundamental right to vote in the state’s constitution. There is no crisis here.
But HCR 2001 threatens to unravel all of that. Its voter ID provision demands that every mail voter present "valid government-issued proof of identity" concurrent with casting a ballot, yet provides no mechanism, no process, and no procedure for how a mail voter could possibly comply. That vagueness is not an oversight. It is a blueprint for chaos, one that hands future legislatures the power to define compliance however they choose, under the deliberately lowered "rational basis" constitutional standard that this same measure would write into Arizona's Constitution. Once that provision is in place, courts would be stripped of the authority to strike down even the most restrictive interpretation.
That brings me to the most sobering part of this. I am not sure what is more dangerous, the unintended consequences of HCR 2001, or the very real intended ones. Because when you remove the constitutional guardrails that protect voting rights, when you hand future legislators a vague mandate and a weakened judiciary, and when you package all of it in a measure that voters cannot even untangle and vote on separately, you are not building a more secure election system. You are manufacturing doubt. You are engineering confusion. And you are doing it on the backs of the very voters, think seniors, rural communities, people with disabilities, naturalized citizens, who have the least power to fight back. Not today, not without a fight.
Arizona's elections are free, fair, and accurate. HCR 2001 is not about fixing what is broken. It is about breaking what works with the most nefarious of intentions.
Not that Mr. Galvin is our favorite Supervisor or anything (He's not; that would be @Steve_Gallardo). But, @SamThePol, rather than call someone else "dishonest and despicable," perhaps he should look in the mirror.
Telling it like it is!
Ansari: I didn’t think I could be shocked by anything he does, but he was literally handed a bipartisan housing bill that would lower costs on a silver platter. It was such an easy win for him at a time when he’s so unpopular because of his cover-up of the Epstein files and this illegal war he screwed up. He could’ve said, “I did this big housing bill,” and because he is so committed to rigging the election, he chose to blow it all up. Their party is a mess. Trump is a joke.
We can smell the desperation.
