Pale Immigration Department, I'm made to understand that if you don't part with Sh50,000, you'll go years without a passport! Every time you visit them to check the progress, you're told the printer is down, but the moment you give the 50k, the printer mythically starts working. I honestly don't know why we subject our people to stress. Kenyans are jobless, and some are poorly paid here. They want to look for greener pastures somewhere else, but they're subjected to a sort of madharau. If we don't want Kenyans to leave the country, let's create jobs for them. Then the immigration department needs a total overhaul.
