ہمارے محترم سید زید زمان حامد صاحب کا آج کا جمعہ کا خطبہ سسٹم ری سیٹ — خلافتِ راشدہ کا نظام پاکستان کے نظام کو ری سیٹ کرکے خلافتِ راشدہ کی طرز پر کس طرح تشکیل دیا جائے؟ پاکستان کی قوم اور حکمرانوں کے لیے اہم ترین نصیحتیں۔ خلافتِ راشدہ قائم ہوتی ہے۔ ایک خلافت قائم ہوتی ہے جو سیدی رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پردہ فرمانے کے بعد مسلمانوں میں حکومت کا طرزِ عمل اور نظام ہوگا۔ پھر آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اس کے بعد ملوکیت آجائے گی، بادشاہتیں آئیں گی۔ پھر طویل عرصے تک بادشاہتیں چلیں گی۔ اس کے بعد آخری زمانے کی طرف اشارہ کرتے ہوئے آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ تم لوگ دیکھو گے کہ بہت ظالم بادشاہ آجائیں گے، کاٹ کھانے والی بادشاہتیں ہوں گی۔ پھر سیدی رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اس کے بعد تم دیکھو گے کہ دوبارہ خلافت واپس آجائے گی، خلافت علیٰ منہاج النبوۃ، یعنی نبوت کے رنگ اور طرز پر مبنی خلافت دوبارہ واپس آجائے گی۔ اس حدیثِ شریف میں سیدی رسول اللہ ﷺ نے قیامت تک آنے والے واقعات کو بہت واضح طور پر بیان فرما دیا ہے۔ پاکستان میں آپ کو ایک ایسا نظام بنانا ہے جس میں سیاسی جماعتیں نہ ہوں، انہیں ختم کرنا ہوگا۔ یہ طبقہ جو اپنے آپ کو سیاست دان کہتا ہے، اس کی نسل در نسل سیاست کا معیار صرف یہ ہے کہ ’’میں پاکستان کا وزیراعظم بنوں گا کیونکہ میں بھٹو کا نواسہ ہوں۔‘‘ اس کے علاوہ کچھ نہیں معلوم، کوئی قابلیت نہیں ہے۔ بدکردار، زانی، شرابی اور جاہل ہونے کے باوجود کسی شخص کے ذہن میں یہ بات بیٹھی ہوئی ہے کہ میں وزیراعظم بنوں گا، کیونکہ میں فلاں سیاسی خاندان سے تعلق رکھتا ہوں۔ یہ کون سا معیار ہے؟ معاشرے کے بدترین انسان کو یہ خواہش کیسے پیدا ہوگئی کہ میں پاکستان جیسی اسلامی ایٹمی ریاست کا وزیراعظم بنوں گا؟ کیونکہ اسے پتا ہے کہ یہ نظام اسے اس منصب تک پہنچا دے گا۔ کیا اس نظام میں آپ سیدنا ابوبکر صدیقؓ، سیدنا عمر فاروقؓ اور سیدنا عثمانؓ جیسے لوگوں کو حکمرانی کے لیے اوپر آنے دیں گے؟ پاکستان میں سویلین شخصیات بھی بہت شاندار گزری ہیں۔ غلام اسحاق خان گزرے ہیں، گورنر اویس غنی گزرے ہیں۔ وہ فوجی نہیں، سویلین تھے، لیکن انہوں نے اپنے حصے کا کام بہت شاندار طریقے سے کیا۔ نظام کی اہمیت اپنی جگہ، لیکن اصل اہمیت ان لوگوں کی ہے جو نظام چلاتے ہیں۔ جب اس طرح کا کوئی حکمران آئے گا تو وہ خود نظام کو ٹھیک کرے گا۔ اسے طاقت دیں، وہ نظام درست کرے گا۔ بنو امیہ کے دور میں پورا نظام کرپٹ ہوچکا تھا۔ اچانک حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیزؒ تشریف لاتے ہیں۔ انہیں پانچواں خلیفۂ راشد بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔ انہوں نے صرف ساڑھے تین سال کے عرصے میں وہ کام کرکے دکھایا کہ اسلامی ریاست، جو چین سے لے کر یورپ تک پھیلی ہوئی تھی، وہاں لوگ زکوٰۃ لے کر پھرتے تھے، لیکن کوئی زکوٰۃ لینے والا نہیں ملتا تھا۔ ہمارے محترم سید زید زمان حامد صاحب نے موجودہ سیاسی قیادت پر تنقید کرتے ہوئے سوال اٹھاتے ہیں کہ بعض لوگوں نے بارہ، پندرہ سال حکومت کی، صوبوں میں اقتدار حاصل کیا، مگر ان کے دورِ حکومت میں کیا تبدیلی آئی؟ جب عمران خان جیسے لوگوں کو ملک کا وزیراعظم اور حکمران بنا دیا جاتا ہے تو اس کے نتائج سامنے آتے ہیں۔ ہمارے محترم سید زید زمان حامد صاحب نے ملک میں اعلیٰ ترین عہدوں پر فائز بعض افراد کے کردار، مبینہ طور پر ناپاک مواد نشر کرنے، قومی وسائل کی چوری، منی لانڈرنگ اور دیگر بدعنوانیوں کے الزامات پر بھی تنقید کرتے ہیں۔ ہمارے محترم سید زید زمان حامد صاحب نے فرمایا ہے کہ ایسے حالات میں بدعنوانی کے الزامات کا سامنا کرنے والے افراد بڑے بڑے عہدوں پر بیٹھے ہوتے ہیں، جبکہ بعض لوگ وزیراعظم بننے کے خواب دیکھتے ہیں اور بعض مذہبی مشیر بنے ہوئے ہیں۔ سیدی رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اس بارے میں واضح رہنمائی فرمائی تھی۔ اسی مفہوم کے ساتھ اس خطبے کو ختم کرتے ہیں، ان شاء اللہ۔ آپ ﷺ سے منسوب ایک روایت کا مفہوم ہے کہ جب اللہ تعالیٰ کسی بادشاہ کے ساتھ خیرخواہی کا ارادہ فرماتا ہے تو اسے بہترین مشیر عطا فرماتا ہے۔ اس کے مشیر نیک، سمجھدار اور اچھے لوگ ہوتے ہیں۔ اور جب اللہ تعالیٰ کسی بادشاہ کی تباہی اور ذلت کا فیصلہ فرماتا ہے تو اسے برے مشیر عطا فرماتا ہے۔ مقرر مثال دیتے ہوئے بلاول اور عمران خان جیسے افراد کو مشیروں اور وزیروں کے طور پر ذکر کرتے ہیں اور کہتے ہیں کہ برے مشیروں کی وجہ سے حکمران ذلت سے دوچار ہوسکتا ہے۔ پاکستان آرمی کی قیادت کو ہم بہت پیار اور محبت سے نصیحت کر رہے ہیں کہ اس پاک سرزمین کی تعمیر خلافتِ راشدہ کی بنیاد پر کریں۔ اگر آپ اسی نظام کے اندر محض چھیڑ چھاڑ کرتے رہیں گے، دس یا بارہ صوبے بناتے رہیں گے، تو اس سے کچھ تبدیل نہیں ہوگا، جب تک کہ آپ ایسی قیادت نہ لے کر آئیں جس کا معیار وہ ہو جو سیدی رسول اللہ ﷺ نے خلافتِ راشدہ میں قائم فرمایا تھا۔ خلافت علیٰ منہاج النبوۃ جب اللہ تعالیٰ چاہے گا، قائم ہوگی۔ کم از کم اس کی بنیاد پر پاکستان کی تعمیر تو شروع کریں۔ اللہ خیر کرے گا، ان شاء اللہ۔ اللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِهِ وَسَلِّمْ۔

The classic space-jellyfish signature not an on-orbit satellite or a re-entering spacecraft. What the physics actually shows Fat, luminous, multi-lobed cloud + thin core tail against a star field = exhaust expanding in thin air (80–150+ km) while still sunlit after ground sunset. An object already in orbit does not dump a cloud this large unless it is still under powered flight in the upper atmosphere, or breaking up on re-entry. Re-entry looks like a streak/fragmentation event, not this blob. Orbital launches from mid-latitudes are eastward. China’s Long March-8A from Wenchang at 13:32 UTC (18:32 PKT) does not produce a ground-visible jellyfish over western Balochistan 90 minutes later. Geometry and timing fail. Ground reports Independent local sightings 20:14 PKT from following locations: • Waziristan • Mian Channu • Rahim Yar Khan • Nushki • Sindh • Koh-e-Sulaiman • Qila Abdullah • Quetta • Jafferabad • Panjgur • Kandahar • Dalbandin • Kharan Moving bright light, then expanding plume. Some posts added “also seen from Afghanistan/İran.” Border geometry can make the same high plume visible on both sides. No ISPR confirmation at time of writing. Direction A launch basket in western Balochistan flying east/NE toward an inland impact corridor would present as west-to-east from those towns. That is consistent with the local accounts. It is not consistent with a standard eastward LEO insertion from a coastal or Chinese pad. Working conclusion Most consistent with an unannounced high-altitude rocket / ballistic missile test on a twilight trajectory over the Balochistan test belt . Or a recycled jellyfish still attached to last night’s sightings.
