FOUND DOG: Sweet male, appears to be shepherd/hound mix. Non-aggressive, skittish. In Anacostia River Park at Anacostia Ave/Benning Rd NE. HRA attempted rescue but he ran into the nearby woods. Seems well cared for--clean teeth & fur-- but no collar. cc:@PoPville
