Here are 7 prompts that will change how you use ChatGPT forever:

If you're too sick to work, never say to your boss:
I’m very sick.
I can't come in today.
Can I please take the day off?
Instead say:

I started taking B12 in the morning, omega-3 at lunch, and magnesium before bed.
Without exaggerating, my personality changed 180 degrees.
1. B12, in the morning

Bottom Line:
We used to think of coffee as nothing more than a stimulant.
But research is increasingly exploring its relationship with body composition, metabolic health, and hormones.
Coffee may be more than just a morning energy boost.
7. HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF COFFEE.
Focus on the basics:
- Water before coffee in the morning.
- Avoid caffeine after 2pm.
- Unsweetened
For most healthy adults, 400 mg of caffeine daily is generally considered an upper limit unlikely to cause adverse effects.
6. NOW THE TESTOSTERONE FINDING.
In men, each additional daily cup of coffee was associated with approximately 0.29 nmol/L higher total testosterone after statistical adjustments.
Researchers also observed higher bioavailable testosterone and higher sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG).
5. BETTER INSULIN SENSITIVITY
Insulin helps move glucose from your bloodstream into cells.
When your body becomes insulin resistant, it needs more insulin to regulate blood sugar.
Over time, insulin resistance increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.
After days of research, I finally found the best creatine.
This is the one I still take daily. It's third-party tested & pure.

A lot of creatine is NOT created equal.
“Creatine monohydrate” on the label doesn't tell you how well it was manufactured.
Poorly controlled manufacturing can leave unwanted byproducts.
This is why I don't just grab the cheapest one on Amazon. If you're taking something every
Creatine.
Creatine supports brain function, focus, and energy.
A 2024 meta-analysis of 16 clinical trials found creatine improved memory, attention, and processing speed.
It helps regenerate ATP, the energy your cells run on.
5g daily. No loading phase needed.
But there's a catch...
5. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE COFFEE DRINKERS MAKE.
Using caffeine to compensate for poor sleep.
Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors, reducing the sensation of sleepiness.
Your sleep is more important than another temporary energy boost.
A better way to have REAL energy is…
4. COFFEE DOES MORE THAN WAKE YOU UP.
Coffee contains hundreds of biologically active compounds.
Two of the most studied are:
Caffeine: A stimulant that affects the nervous system, alertness, and energy expenditure.
Chlorogenic acids: Plant compounds studied for their effects on glucose metabolism and oxidative stress.
Researchers are still investigating which compounds contribute most to coffee's long-term health associations.
And the insulin findings were particularly interesting.
3. THE VISCERAL FAT CONNECTION
Visceral fat isn't the fat you can pinch under your skin.
It's the fat stored deep inside your abdomen, surrounding internal organs.
Excess visceral fat is associated with:
- Insulin resistance
- Chronic low-grade inflammation
- Cardiovascular disease
- Metabolic dysfunction
The study found that higher coffee intake was associated with less visceral fat.
2. LESS BODY FAT. MORE MUSCLE.
People drinking more coffee had:
- Lower body fat percentage
- Lower total fat mass
- Less visceral fat
- Higher skeletal muscle mass
Body fat percentage and muscle mass differences were statistically significant.
1. THE STUDY
Published in July 2026 in the European Journal of Nutrition.
Researchers analyzed 2,264 adults from Finland, examining their coffee consumption, body composition, blood sugar regulation, and hormone levels.
The participants were approximately 46 years old.
And the results challenged the idea that coffee is just a morning stimulant.
Scientists found that people who drank more coffee had:
• Less visceral fat
• More muscle mass
• Better insulin markers
• Higher total testosterone
Here's what the study actually found:

10. Increase omega-3 with natural food:
- Salmon
- Sardines
- Mackerel
- Herring
- Trout
Aim for two servings of fatty fish per week.
Again, I find it hard, so fish oil or algae-derived DHA can help people who don't regularly eat fish.
