Hi, @bhx_official. Appalling treatment from special assistance yesterday which left 2 in tears. We were told to 'be quiet', and that we should be grateful for what we got as it was 'free'. Same staff member refused to wheel passenger to the the toilet.

@askryanair, flying next week with my disabled toddler who can't walk and uses a buggy as a mobility aid/wheelchair. I've booked PRM seat special assistance for him.
Since the buggy is in effect a wheelchair, may I check in travel cot and car seat as the two baby items?
