Hi @Churchill I have a complaint to make about your approved courtesy car provider, Auxilis. I will of course be making a complaint to them but how do I make you aware of it formally please?
Hello @Tesco In my online order this week I asked for 5 Braeburn apples and paid £3.41. Instead I was sent 5 cooking apples. Can you help sort this out please?

#staffwellbeing is absolute nonsense - no one is interested in the well-being of adults, the needs of adults or their physical health.
As long as the kids are ok, needs are being met, they feel safe etc.
The adults don’t matter.

How can we expect reasonable adjustments for neurodivergent children if schools can’t even do it for neurodivergent staff? Just a thought.

I've got to say, at a time when schools are breaking under the pressure of SEND, poverty issues, new arrivals, EAL and social care issues, the timing of a new target for Y1 phonics seems extraordinary.

The work/life balance for teachers has never been worse and it’s making it hard to retain high quality teachers.

Members of SLT, it's not difficult. If you treat your staff with respect (like some do to me) then your staff will go that extra mile. If you treat us like a cog in the machine (ditto) then don't be surprised at how we respond to you. Controversial?

If you've been having a tough few days and feeling the pressure to do more, it's important to take a break. Ease off the gas, do less, and carve out some time for yourself. Remember to treat yourself with the same kindness you show your students.

Teachers *in* the profession telling other teachers to ‘quit with the moaning, stop with the negativity’ - you have no idea what some people have to go through to get through a day in their own context, classroom or even lives. When they raise things to try and make it better for themselves and others, help them from your position of strength, don’t drown them in toxic positivity.

Leaders, if you ask someone if you can ‘have a quick chat at the end of the day’ at least have the decency to tell them what it’s about.
It will save a lot of wasted worry.

6 weeks off in summer is great.
Retweet this to annoy someone who really begrudges all that time off teachers get.
Hello @Tesco Could you help please? The fish pie I bought on my delivery shop on Friday went out of date today. We weren’t told it had such a short shelf life and I wanted to have it in the coming week. Any chance of a refund please?
