Please reach out to the men and women sitting on death row in U.S they really need someone to write with! Many have absolutely nothing/nobody.. many are in #solitaryconfinement 22/23 hours a day. Some in complete isolation for years until the day their sentences are carried out!

Just of the phone to @JohnLLotter , he told me that death row inmate Arthur Gales passed away early hours of this morning. Arthur was wrongfully diagnosed and the cancer spread to the point where it sadly took his life. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. R.I.P Arthur 🙏

I had the worst April Fools Joke attempted on me. At 7:45 am on April 1, 2013 Two CO’s told me that my paperwork had not come in and that I would not be released from prison. I told them they were not funny and I didn’t want to joke around about my freedom. 8am I walked out
