The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 11, states: "Everyone charged with a penal offense has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.".

Below is the other written statement published by the false accuser, named Hannah McCollam. To this day, I have never even met her. I do not know why this girl is trying to ruin my life, but I suspect it has to do with her "new case looking at the school" xitter.cf/AlexanderDutton/status…

Hmm. When prompted for facts that represent her experience of my "sexual violence" McCollam responded by accusing me of: 1.) Harassing professors and witnesses. False. And who is she to make that determination for them? Evidence? 2.) Tweets that expose her lies/name her.

My tweets are a matter of public record; and an expression of my 1A rights. These legal docs are too. I am simply stating facts and drawing conclusions. As long as I am protected by the first amendment, I will continue to post tweets & name Hannah McCollam as much as I want.

Hannah McCollam strikes again. Petition for injunction for protection against sexual violence. Restraining order; attempt #2. The first one was immediately thrown out by the judge. Her written statement here should make it veryy easy to understand why. She's insane. #ProvenLiar

I cannot help but to indulge in the opportunity to formally and publicly express my most sincere gratitude to @tampabaytimes for acknowledging their transgressions & subsequently removing the apocryphal article that they published all about me. Thank you.

To imply that a crime is solved merely because an arrest was made is preposterous. A crime can be solved when a prosecutor proves guilt beyond reasonable doubt, thus rendering justice. That's not to say juries don't make mistakes. Innocent people are frequently convicted.

Vice President & Dean, James Annarelli with @eckerdcollege is seemingly no proponent of the notion of "innocent until proven guilty" False accusations ruin lives. Seldom the lives of the ones making them. #MeToo

@TheECCurrent I noticed that the article you published about me remains unaltered. The last time I spoke with Joanna Elwood, she assured me that Vice President & Dean, James Annarelli, requested the revocation of his defamatory remarks. Seems reasonable. Communication is key.

Fun fact: I was conclusively excluded as a contributor to the samples of semen found in the examination of the alleged victim, Hannah. Her boyfriend was also excluded. "DNA analysis of the sperm cell fraction of item 1G1 resulted in a mixture of at least 3 individuals."
