The first breath. The tomb rolled away. Death defeated. Victory over sin. Hallelujah!

Think of all that was racing through Jesus’ mind at the beginning of this Holy week.
The last meal. The betrayal. The garden. The trials. The beatings. The agony. The darkness. The last breath.

29 years ago today during a revival meeting with @LifeAction Ministries at @cbcJonesboro I met Jesus Christ and my life was transformed. I remember what it was like to be hopelessly bound in my sin. I remember clearly when I first understood that Christ was my only hope.

As pastors, when events in the world drive us to wonder if we should address them publicly, I always find it helpful to pull away and be with the Lord. Seeking Him through prayer, His word, and just being still. This helps anchor you in a godly response and approach.

30 years ago this week, Del Fehsenfeld Jr. , died at age 42. God used him to bring me to Christ and to put a fire in my heart for revival. How did God use him or @LifeAction in your life?

Del Fehsenfeld Jr. (1942-1989) did not live to build his own kingdom but to see the glory of God on display in the church of Jesus Christ. Catch a glimpse of Del's passion and burden by reading his book, Ablaze with His Glory. store.lifeaction.org/
