Awesome morning at @F3Halfway getting some hard things done! I was able to pass the @f3NugentFlag along to a very deserving HIM Mulligan. He picked me up and helped me to finish out the half! Congrats on 41 months of halfways Mulligan!!

Honor to receive the @f3NugentFlag from my man Boji yesterday! I was able to read his COT to my boys and send it along to my brother. I know the team I want to be a part of that makes me a better man day in and day out @F3Omaha! Awesome privilege to fly it out front!!
