Hard work and decisiveness are a tough combination to beat. Crazy how many people struggle to make a decision. We live in an age of Montgomery and yearn for Patton.

I guess it's all relative: at $3500 @Apple Vision Pro is seen as a very expensive consumer toy (and a dud in sales) — but as the primary display in endoscopic lacrimal surgery: it's super cheap! Less than 1% the cost of standard OR visualization gear, in fact. Study finds using the Vision Pro led to 19% faster procedures, zero problems, and every surgeon preferred it to what they'd used before. Did I mention it's cheaper? Classic sustaining innovation. Healthcare getting better. And the usual incisive analysis by @asymco. buff.ly/1wtlL42 #DigitalHealth #SpatialComputing #healthcare #visionpro

Fascinating. Some data centers came to a struggling town in Washington state. Did it run out of water? Was the community destroyed? Let’s see. The town…built a new high school, hospital, library, sewage systems, and police & fire stations. Poverty fell from 29% to 6%. Oh.

Build a business entirely dependent on you, 90% margins, and live wherever you want,
Build a business to $10M+ with 30% margins and no other financial decisions matter. $1.5-2.5M cash flow and $15-25M of equity. Exciting considering SMB liquidity is only increasing.

If Americans don't want data centers, reindustrialization will be impossible. Data centers have - No truck/car traffic - No toxic chemicals - No noxious odors - Minimal noise - No pollution It's better for residents than almost every factory. I understand that they use power and water, but factories do too. Peoples' minds need to change because these data centers will be essential to productivity going forward.

Welcome to the age of solopreneurs
Meta just declared war on its workforce. 3,600 layoffs in February 2025. But this isn't just another downsizing. It's the beginning of the biggest reset in tech history. And it reveals the dark future of work that no one's talking about:

Building a serious business on Webflow and Framer is a scam. This is why WordPress is simply better: • You aren’t kept hostage w hosting bill • Your own platform • Easy to migrate Story bellow shouldn’t be a surprise.
WTF is wrong with @webflow? They're forcing me to pay $15,000/year, up from $468! A 32x price increase overnight! And they gave me 1 week to decide if I want to upgrade or move the whole Failory site to another CMS!!

So many founders in my DMs now who want to tell their stories of getting kicked out of the startup they built by VCs None of them can talk publicly about it because they signed NDAs and are NOT allowed to talk about it or they get sued or lose a lot of money That's why you hear so few criticism of VCs: NDAs, quite smart huh
Honestly not farming attention, just discussing something that happens to founders People don't come out to tell the bad experiences for fear of reprisal and ending your startup career early by talking bad about VCs But my DM is full of stories like these
