The human value is the strategy unlocked by the underlying task. We’ve always paid for the value by buying the task. Mediocre service providers survived by selling the task. The best will learn to sell the human value add.

Colleges are quietly stripping weight off take-home assignments. Everything now rides on a written, in-person exam. Hiring is moving in the same direction. A strong case study used to mean a strong candidate. Now it just means they know how to prompt Claude.
