Steve Gallinger just delivered a wonderful big picture talk at #AACRPan23. Huge shoutout to the @OICR_news & @pmcancercentre team (@LabNotta @graokane et al) for all the publicly available sequencing data in #PancreaticCancer they have made available for use by researchers worldwide. Also a walk down memory lane on the first observation almost three decades ago by his group showing the link between germline BRCA2 alterations & risk of pancreatic cancer in Ashkenazi Jewish populations.
