"The Court shares applicants’ concerns that any unnecessary retention of their sensitive PII data may increase the risk of unintentional disclosure."
If the @CaSupremeCourt agrees with our concerns, why not do away with remote proctoring entirely?
The California Supreme Court supports @StateBarCA in requesting any personal data, including biometric data, collected during the October Bar Exam be destroyed as soon as possible, under a timetable to be prepared by the State Bar. Read the court’s letter: bit.ly/308BBya

For those of you who need clarification: we are not calling for "easy way out" we are calling for better alternatives to this racist/bias/useless exam ..I think a lot of the public would be surprised to know that the rules tested on the exam are mostly irrelevant and not current

we are 19 days away from the bar. TODAY applicants were just told that we can no longer use desktops or chromebooks (and other devices) for the exam, even after applicants were explicitly told that we could use these devices. this is unacceptable. #diplomaprivilegenow

The @ExamSoft software can't "recognize" me due to "poor lighting" even though I'm sitting in a well lit room. Starting to think it has nothing to do with lighting. Pretty sure we all predicted their facial recognition software wouldn't work for people of color. @DiplomaPriv4All
