This is heartbreaking. From this senseless act in Bend to the daily toll of violence on our communities, we must do better for our children.

As a former teacher and a parent, I’m absolutely heartsick. For these young children and this teacher who were so senselessly taken from their loved ones, and for this whole community who will now be forced to contend with this tragedy.
I helped pass Vermont’s first gun safety laws, so I know it’s possible. We must come together and end this national cycle of violence and devastation.

The reading comprehension of our haters is part of the reason we support robust school choice programs, because clearly the traditional options have failed so many.

We had to opt for divorce because NH GOP state reps continued to show up to LPNH conventions to vote for Jeremy to remain in leadership.
The Governor and the Majority leader are scrambling right now, to distance themselves from a problem they didn't ignore, but cultivated, for years.
Sorry not sorry, but Osborne is still on the board of Jeremy's social club along with Travis Corcoran. LPNH hasn't represented libertarianism in a long long time, but they actively represent the MAGA Populist group of NH House GOP leadership, and the denials are too few and too late.

Except they did spend their time preaching on stage. This was a virtue signal and nothing less. Nobody forced him to be sanctimonious and pretentious. If he didn't want to talk politics, them he shouldn't have taken the time to criticize other people talking politics.
You might not be interested in politics, but politics is interested in you. "Neutrality" in a time of rising authoritarian influence only favors the authoritarians.

Social security was a ponzi scheme when it was thought up. It was a ponzi scheme when it was first implemented. And it's a ponzi scheme now. The only thing which out paces the lies told in DC is the voracious and boundless appetite Congress has for other people's money.
But the monetary costs of the fraud inherent to this monetary shell game may yet pale in comparison to the social costs we're seeing right now as a split between generations.

Donald John Trump is, hands down, the most corrupt person to ever hold the office of President of the United States. His first term was noxious enough, but this second one is totally inexcusable for you to not see what he is, Eric: a lying, toxic, sociopathic warmonger and authoritarian. Demented, deplorable, and dumb as a stone.
He should be impeached, convicted, thrown in jail, and rot in prison for the rest of his natural life. Most of his administration, and some "influencers", should be thrown in along side him.
If you stand with Trump, you stand against all libertarian principles, against the Constitution, and against America.
We in the Vermont Libertarian party stand behind the principle of bodily autonomy, and your right as an adult to consume whichever substances as you deem fit, provided you don't violate the rights of others while doing so. That is to say: the entire war on drugs should be immediately and totally abolished.
