Instead, we watched France burn this weekend while its leaders begged for "calm." We've watched people come here, refuse to learn English, live off our tax dollars, and then tell us our country is the problem. Tolerance is not a suicide pact. We are all being played, and we’re too fucking divided to even see it. We’re so busy fighting each other that we’ve forgotten who we are, what we stand for, and what generations before us sacrificed to give us. God, how the hell do we right this ship? When did being a Democrat or Republican become more important than being an American? When did hatred become louder than common sense? When did we stop questioning the people in power and start blindly defending them? I don’t have all the answers, but I know one damn thing. We will never save this country by destroying each other. God. Family. Country. Freedom. It’s time to remember what actually matters. America is worth fighting for, but we damn sure better remember we’re supposed to be fighting for her, not against each other.
