I am not aware of who signed his CONA. Only three individuals are authorized to sign on behalf of WPP: the Chair, the President, and the Senior Vice President. As President, I can confirm that I did not sign any CONA for Quiboloy.
Upon inquiring, the other two, Atty Ariel Arias (Chair) and Dr. Oscar Morado (SVP), have also stated that they have no knowledge of signing a CONA for him.
We will be inquiring from COMELEC who signed his CONA.
@AttyMatula, as current president of WPP, are you actively signing the CONA of Quiboloy? Or are they part of a splinter group?
Politics are voted by the many and discussed by some.

“IV glutathione will whiten your skin and make you look really like caucasian, but it can damage your kidneys and kill you,” said Health Secretary Ted Herbosa at the Kapihan forum.
Herbosa emphasized that IV glutathione is not safe to be used in clinics and is rather designed for hospitals because it is being used as a rescue medicine for chemotherapeutic complications of cancer.
“I’m telling you from the Department of Health. It is not safe. The FDA has not registered it for skin whitening. If there’s someone using it, it is illegal,” said Herbosa.
