CHINESE THREAT ACTORS TARGET PH
The Philippines ranked fifth among the countries most targeted by Chinese state-sponsored cyber operations, according to Microsoft's 2026 Digital Defense Report.
Now, the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) is compiling evidence of cyberattacks targeting the country, while officials warn that vulnerabilities in government systems need urgent attention.

I’m sure Taiwan, Tibet, Mongolia, Nepal, Japan, the Philippines, Laos, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Bhutan, and India all agree on how "peaceful" you are and how much you respect international law.

The CCP is a colonial regime of terror, driven by genocidal repression at home and imperial arrogance abroad. The embassy in Manila blatantly proves this point. #JingQuanGoHome #FeelFortunate

LOOK: Senator Robin Padilla meets Chinese Ambassador Jing Quan at the 2026 ASEAN Chinese Business Leaders Summit.
Padilla describes Jing as educated, a gentleman and straightforward. He also stresses the importance of face-to-face dialogue to prevent misunderstandings and tensions.
“Mainam na maging personal at harapan ang pakikipag-usap sa kanya upang maiwasan ang hidwaan dulot ng mga palitan ng salita,” Padilla says.

I don't think China would dare issue a statement like this anywhere else in the world — one that directly challenges the authority of a sovereign host.
We cannot let this pass!
If we do, the international community will see us not merely as weak; worse, it will send a chilling message to smaller countries that no one can stand up to this bully, imperialist, and greedy (BIG) country!

By way of diplomatic language, you can please easily leave Manila and go back to China.
We do not need foreign guests in the form of arrogant, condescending diplomats.

My son David & Josh are almost the same age. They knew each other as kids. We bumped into Josh recently and he has grown to become one of the kindest and sweetest of humans.
Thank God kids in the spectrum - like David & Josh - only see the world with purity, innocence and love. They always see the best in everything and everyone.

Amb Jing Quan said we should be grateful because they could easily win if they chose to use force.
Di ito dapat ipagpasalamat, dapat tayong magalit, dahil tinatakot tayo sa sarili nating bansa!

Let us call this what it is! A foreign ambassador, on Philippine soil, before Filipino journalists, telling Filipinos that his country "may easily win" if it chooses to use force against us. That is not reassurance. That is a direct threat, and wrapping it in "we love peace" does not change what it is.
Ambassador Jing Quan is a guest in this country. We received him, accredited him, and extended to him every courtesy owed to a diplomat. A guest who reminds his host that he could easily beat him up, but has graciously decided not to, is not describing friendship. He is threatening the very country that received him and asking us to be grateful for it.
He says we should "feel fortunate" to have a neighbor like China. Our fishermen driven away from Bajo de Masinloc do not feel fortunate. Our Coast Guard personnel water-cannoned, rammed, and lasered in our own exclusive economic zone do not feel fortunate. No people feel fortunate when a larger neighbor repeatedly violates the law and then tells them to be thankful it was not worse.
The threat or use of force is prohibited under Article 2(4) of the UN Charter. China's claims in the West Philippine Sea were ruled without legal basis by the 2016 Arbitral Award.
The Philippines does not measure its rights by the size of its neighbor's military. We measure them by international law. Not using force against a country whose rights you are already violating is not peace. It is coercion by other means!
