You know what's more expensive than $4 a gallon gas? -Paying student loans I never took out -Paying for free food for someone that shouldn't even be here -Paying healthcare for people that jumped the border -Paying for infrastructure in a country I've never been to -Paying for military protection for people that hate us THAT is costing me a Hell of a lot more than $4 gas!!!

Does everybody know Jared Polis’ real name is Jared Shutz? He changed his name to avoid the scandal of him attacking his whistleblower assistant. These people are not who they say they are Colorado!

Since I reported on the homeless people live in tunnels under the city of Denver, I’ve received dozens of tips of other locations and I calculate there’s at least a couple hundred homeless people under their city right now.

šŸ’„šŸ’„InterestingšŸ”„so the man who is responsible for putting me in prison for ā€œ influencing a public servantā€ ( the ā€œservantā€deleting election records off the server I took a federal oath to protect) now may be colluding with people for nefarious reasons? šŸ¤”??Say it isn’t so😱
Colorado Attorney General, and now Democratic Governor candidate, Phil Weiser has been accused of accepting ā€œconflict of interest campaign contributions.ā€ This accusation isn’t from Phil’s Republican opponent. It’s from Democratic Senator Michael Bennet! Michael Bennet ran against Phil Weiser in the Democratic Primary Election earlier this year. Weiser beat Bennet, but Bennet was able to expose serious concerns about Phil Weiser during the campaign. According to CBS News, ā€œsince Weiser announced his campaign for governor, he’s received about $75,000 from 68 attorneys at 12 law firms the AG’s office was engaged in litigation with or had just settled with.ā€ And this isn’t the only concerns that CBS reported on and Michael Bennet’s campaign emphasized. In this video, Brandon breaks down this story.

Well, that's a lie. If you make $100,000, your tax is 4.4%, exactly the same as it is now. Yara should read the blue book. If you make less, you get a tiny temporary tax cut, because this is not indexed for inflation. In time, all of us will be paying 8.4% income tax in Colorado because of inflation. If you have to lie to sell a proposal, maybe it's not a good proposal. #copolitics
If you make less than $500,000, you can feel good about voting to give yourself a tax cut! šŸ¤‘ Vote YES on Amendment 87 and NO on Prop 136 to *finally* deliver a more fair tax code and say good riddance to dark money lies šŸ‘‹šŸ½

They Had the Receipts. They Chose Silence. 🚨 Colorado’s former judicial watchdog didn’t just email 9News once. šŸ“§ May 2025: pitched Kyle Clark on alleged corruption across the Judicial Department, AG’s Office, and Governor’s Office šŸ“§ September 2025: sent Clark the Denver Gazette reporting on $4M+ in taxpayer-funded NDAs and the hidden Masias Memo šŸ“§ June 1, 2026: sent Clark and Marshall Zelinger the full record before their debate, including a fabricated-invoice firing, State Auditor testimony, and five legislative hearings šŸ“§ June 3, 2026: asked them again to put the question to Phil Weiser and Michael Bennet Two years. What they don't tell you is the impact on businesses and the business owners Amendment 87 will have. They have a choice where to locate. Why stay in a state that treats you like an ATM? Vote NO on Amendment 87. #copolitics

Prop NN isn’t just about funding schools today. It would PERMANENTLY redirect TABOR refunds that future generations of Coloradans could have received. And after 10 years, lawmakers could use those funds for purposes other than education. Should we get to vote away TABOR refunds for future generations who get no say? VOTE NO ON NN.

835,000 Colorado voters in Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas and Weld counties got a train tax question on their ballot that they are not even allowed to vote on… and the excuse is that the rail district never told the county clerks about its new map, so nobody checked. Now keep in mind, this is the same Secretary of State's office that told you last week this election is "safe, secure, and accurate," and yet 282,800 ballots went out in Douglas County alone with a question most of those voters have no legal right to answer. The fix is that every county sorts it out after the fact, by precinct, by address and by hand review in split precincts, each one doing it a little differently, and counting starts today. But hey… it's only a tax increase, what could go wrong? I read this and the only question I have is simple. If they cannot get a map right, why would anyone trust them with the machines and the mail ballots? How is this even a thing? @JenaGriswold, show Colorado exactly which 7A votes get thrown out, county by county, and who signs off on every one.
About 835,000 Colorado ballots carry a train tax question those voters can’t legally vote on. Mine is one of them. I voted NO on 7A anyway. On purpose. I wanted to see what happens to my ballot. Nobody can tell me. The state, the Douglas County clerk and Arapahoe County have described three different ways to toss the bad votes. In Sterling Ranch, election workers will hand-copy whole ballots. Nobody has said how many. Douglas County, show us the paperwork. This kind of mistake causes people to question mail-in ballots and election integrity. And the people wanting my tax dollars can't even properly draw a map. heckuvajob.substack.com/p/my…

I was filling out my ballot tonight when the 5 pm news came on and once again, Colorado’s Secretary of State has shown she can’t get the basics right. Jena Griswold’s office certified Amendment 87 for the ballot even though a lawsuit alleges nearly 10,000 signatures came from paid circulators who were never properly registered or trained as required by law. If those signatures are tossed, the measure falls short of the required threshold and shouldn’t be on the ballot at all. The SOS is defending the certification, but this is the same office that just sent ballots with the Front Range rail tax question to roughly 800,000 voters who aren’t even eligible to vote on it. Pattern of carelessness. 🤔 Even if it stays on the ballot, Amendment 87 is a bad deal. It replaces Colorado’s flat 4.4% income tax with a graduated system that starts at 3.7% and climbs to 8.4% on income over $1 million. Proponents claim most people get a cut, but the brackets aren’t indexed for inflation. That means ordinary wage growth will quietly push more and more Coloradans into the higher rates over time and it'll be the same bracket-creep problem we’ve seen before. Higher top rates also make it harder for businesses to stay or expand here. We've already lost a ton of tax contributing businesses in the last 18 months and this will signal to CEOs to look elsewhere or relocate. Companies and high-earning professionals already have options in lower-tax states; this gives them one more reason to leave and take the jobs and investment with them. Once the higher rates are locked in, the pressure will be to broaden them downward rather than reverse course. Vote no on Amendment 87! Check the below video for more information on why you should vote no.
