We know that @LegalAidAlberta is tracking the rejections too.
LAA reaches out directly to counsel saying 'this certificate has been rejected 12 times, can you take it?'. Counsel are telling them no until @shandro takes meaningful action.

The @AlbertaCTLA & @CDLACalgary have tracked some numbers.
Over 3000 certificate rejections from the job action. 750+ are level 2 or higher, which incl. most violent & sex offences.
The rejections are creating significant stress on the justice system.
