When President @BarackObama walked out. The place went crazy. 15k plus people in a packed auditorium in Cleveland. It was so nice to hear a President speak who has a vocabulary of more than four words.

Replying to @IAPonomarenko
@IAPonomarenko I've written two books about Trump and Russia(House of Trump, House of Putin and American Kompromat) and it goes back to 1980 when Russia first began to cultivate him. They own him. He was a stupendously bad businessman and they bailed him out again and again--over decades.
I am genuinely astonished that, after Donald Trump has spent the past two years stripping Ukraine of virtually all Congressionally-approved aid, threatening Ukraine, fawning over Putin and bending over backwards to please him in every conceivable way, blaming Ukraine for being invaded, hurling vicious, absurd insults, blackmail, and torrents of lies at it, twisting its arm to force it into capitulation, humiliating it with his antics, making it a scapegoat for his own failures and incompetence in the eyes of voters, and now openly and definitively entering into direct collusion with the Kremlin and siding with it in exchange for promised corrupt “business opportunities” for himself, his family, and his inner circle -- there are still people who have the nerve search with a magnifying glass for ways in which Zelensky failed to kiss Trump's ass enthusiastically enough to explain why he has been treating Ukraine this way.

Hey, it’s Rich. Right now, there are more people than ever having doubts and beginning to lean toward leaving MAGA; I think it’s in the millions. I have a plan to help them leave. Please watch this short video and stay tuned.

Having spent time with @VivekGRamaswamy on his campaign, I knew that he was an insufferable, arrogant prick. But I didn't realize that he would stoop this low. Vivek should pull the ad, apologize and resign from the campaign in disgrace before Ohio voters send his ass home.

I had to read this twice to make sure of a cringeworthy fact; this Washington Post story on the el-Sayed exchange w “Tommy“ does not even mention that Tommy is a paid right wing political operative, a staffer for Josh Hawley. Journalistic malpractice.

We gave Mike a trial shift - putting some decking on a customer’s lawn. Unfortunately he accidentally used the wood to erect a large cross and set fire to it. Not sure why he needed the white hood 🤷♂️

Eric Deters tells @samstein: "Last week I sent an email to Susie Wiles, Don Jr., and Kimberly Guilfoyle and I laid out what I was going to do…I'm suing [Guilfoyle] for defamation…She told the WSJ that those text messages were all fake and…I'm a notorious blackmailer."

There’s something potent about Ossoff’s slow cadence. He allows each word to land. Takes control of the conversation with a deliberate command of the tempo. In a world where everyone rushes, he takes his time. To Collins, it must feel like an eternity to get owned that slowly.

BREAKING WaPo:
Trump wants to transform his West Palm Beach golf club into a presidential retreat modeled after Camp David.
The plan calls for a parcel of the private club to be designated a permanent, official sanctuary for foreign leaders and future U.S. presidents.
Future presidents would also be offered comped memberships to the Trump club. washingtonpost.com/politics/…

Interesting.
Jos. A. Bank suits are all made overseas, typically in countries like China and Bangladesh. They carry an associate label called Joseph Abboud, which is made in the United States.
I wonder why Trump choose the cheap import over the US-made suit.

Trump has normalized corruption.
In 2019, Trump was forced to cancel plans to hold the G7 at his own golf club amid GOP objections to self dealing. In 2026, he will hold the G20 at his own golf club and the critics have gone silent.
