That challenge is an absolute disgrace. Anyone who had ability as a kid always had to deal with a grown man “letting you know he was there”. There is nothing noble or admirable about this, what kind of “hard man” tries to cut a 16 year old in two?

Not signing a striker when your only striker has been out for the whole of pre-season with a persistent injury was the greatest act of idiocy and self-harm by the Manchester United hierarchy and emblematic of their hopeless reign
🚨 Confirmed: Benjamin Sesko out until at least January through shin injury.
Period of rest is required so striker is fully healed.

"Sell United and f*k off home" sing MUFC fans, the only good thing about the club right now.
And it's right. The Glazers have made their money many times over for 21 years. Fans never wanted it and that takeover should never have been allowed. Do the right thing: sell up and go.

@DAZNBoxing Best British title wins away from home being spoken about now by Tony & Ade… no mention of @WayneMcCullough beating Yakujiji in Japan. By far one of the greatest wins for a British fighter ever.

Another blue converter to the anti-Glazer fight. We’ve been asking the same question for over 2 decades. Good of you to notice how fucked it is 👍🏼

It doesn’t matter who is linked with becoming Manchester United manager, because whatever the name (and most of those in circulation have previously already been ruled out), they are set up to fail.
The parasitic Glazer ownership has bled and broken the club, putting a financial noose around it.
In 2024, Sir Jim Ratcliffe talked a big game about a “three-year plan” to rival and outdo Manchester City and Liverpool. But the decision-making under INEOS’ charge of football operations has not just been woeful, but costly too. There is zero accountability for expensive mistake after expensive mistake.
There is still no clear direction on club identity, including style of play, which leads to profiling the right signings and manager. That was a major promise made by Ratcliffe, which hasn’t been kept.
To borrow his own words: “There have been a whole series of coaches, some of which were very good. And none of them were successful, or survived for very long.
The only conclusion you can draw is that the environment in which they were working didn’t work.”
It still doesn’t. It never will as long as the people who own and run the club betray Manchester United and what is required to be successful in the modern era.
You can harp on about structure, vision, and sell fanciful projects, but you will never have the right operation with the wrong people.

Carrick came in, got the players to buy in, did a great job.
Players got convinced to stick around that may have been looking to leave as they got assurances that the club would back the manager and invest in the summer.
Window ends with net 1 extra midfielder and Rashford who doesnt want to be there.
Big personalities and leaders feel like theyve been misled, manager feels like he's been let down, and the energy around the club falls off.
Its not rocket science. Carrick may not be the solution, but he's not the problem.
Rotten.

They won't feel the impact and Semenyo's injury in anyway. And that's the sporting advantage they got from their cheating.
Grealish flopped they went and bought Doku, Doku flopped, they got Marmoush.
Savinho flopped they went and got Semenyo. Semenyo had a little down time they went and got Ndiaye.
For idiots who don't see how Manchester City got a sporting advantage, this clearly explains it.
With Semenyo injured now, they just had the options of Ndiaye and Cherki. Something other clubs who play by the rules can't afford.
Antoine Semenyo has been ruled out for eight weeks with a knee injury he picked up during Manchester City’s win against Ipswich Town ⬇️

Manchester United finishing the game with 3 of their 4 defenders playing out of position shows a mismanaged club and why Lisandro Martinez was right.

You’re paid exorbitant amounts of money, you live the dream of every one of those kids, would it kill you to sign their shirt and acknowledge their existence?
Cole Palmer ignoring kids wanting photos and a signing from him! 🙄 a typical modern day footballer who has forgotten who he once was.
No time for this idiot whatsoever. Earns hundreds of thousands of pounds and blanks excited kids. Pathetic.
Do better Cole, you was once a kid no doubt waiting for a footballers signature.
Absolute Arsehole! 👎🏻

Until Manchester City are sanctioned for their decade-long cheating every one of their goals and every one of their wins this season will be meaningless. The Premier League also remains hugely damaged for as long as this "sham" continues.
Kevin English retweeted
Nothing will keep this story and the pressure for sanctions stronger than Man City continually winning and being dominant. It’s going to be the season-long drumbeat. Even more so if they did know in summer about this and went even harder in transfer market as a result.
