After a brilliant weekend of football so far, the lads have reached the semi finals after winning two games in the group stages, including a huge win over Serie A club Genoa FC.
Group Stage Results:

Up next for the reds is a semi-final clash with Serie B side Catanzaro tomorrow. The other semi final tie is between Serie C side Lega Pro and the USA Olympic Development Team, who knocked out Juventus to reach the final four.
Best of luck players and coaches.๐ด๐

Our @shelsfc u15s secured the Tier 2 league title in impressive style with a 4-0 victory at the weekend. A hatrick from Dan Ring and a lovely strike from Finn Sherlock saw the reds pick up the second league title of the weekend. ๐๐ดโ๐ผ

Children just want to play. So if your running a team you are responsible for every single member of that team. Itโs up to YOU to improve them & give them game time.
All children want from you is to
be ORGANISED
be APPROACHABLE
be ENTHUSIASTIC
And
be FAIR!!

It's really interesting that some coaches online today abuse closed practice work with cones or repetition of movement unopposed, yet some are also huge Bielsa fans. They do know a big part of Bielsa's work involves closed practice drills & patterns. Seems controdictionary!

Argentinian manager Antonio Mohamed promised his son Faryd, that heโd return to his sonโs favorite team Monterrey one day and win a title but Faryd was killed in a tragic car accident in 2006.
Yesterday he accomplished that promise and burst into tears after the final whistle.
