Well done lads, great to see you both back on the pitch.
🔴 | Brides and Dunne Return
Massive congratulations to Paddy Brides and Lee Dunne who both returned from long-term injuries today for our MU20s in a 6-0 win vs Drogheda.
Paddy is back from a triple leg break suffered in January and got himself on the score sheet today. A brilliant reward after such a serious injury.⚽️
Lee is back from an ACL tear suffered in August last year. Lee has shown the upmost professionalism and resilience to get himself back on the pitch over the past 12 months. 💪
Well done again to both lads, great examples for all academy players 👏

🚨🗣️ Michael Carrick on Kobbie Mainoo:
“I haven’t really had to pass any tips onto him yet. Case and Kobbie have been fantastic.
“I’ve given them little bits of advice and trusting them on finding their way and expressing themselves.”

𝐔𝟏𝟕𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥! This easter weekend, our U17s are in Italy to compete in the prestigious A.S.D. Borgaro Nobis 1965 Tournament.
After a brilliant weekend of football so far, the lads have reached the semi finals after winning two games in the group stages, including a huge win over Serie A club Genoa FC.
Group Stage Results:
• Serie C Lega Pro 4-1 Shelbourne
• Shelbourne 1-0 Genoa FC
• Shelbourne 2-1 Piemonte VDA
Up next for the reds is a semi-final clash with Serie B side Catanzaro tomorrow. The other semi final tie is between Serie C side Lega Pro and the USA Olympic Development Team, who knocked out Juventus to reach the final four.
Best of luck players and coaches.🔴🙌
What an incredible season for this group of extremely talented lads & Shelbourne FC Academy. League & cup winners,European qualification,& to top it of going the full season unbeaten .Proof that creating the right environment allows coaches & players to develop.@robbiemullen_11
Ten Hag had to go,his substitutions were poor, playing a RB in midfield when theres no need, interviews were shocking. But I've said it before and I'll say it again certain players in that squad should be wearing balaclava's collecting their wage cause they are stealing a living.

Congratulations to @shelsfc after winning the EA SPORTS LOI Academy MU17 League today!
The league title also secures them entry into the 2025 @UEFAYouthLeague 🇪🇺

It's very simple. Ten Hag has to go, and not cause of this result, but due to the decisions he makes, for example, taking off a CB for a CB he has shown all season he is tactically so far off it.
Fernandez and not for the first time has let everyone down, but make no mistake about this manager once again has been shown up for how tactically horrendous he is,took of Zirkzee and left Rashford on,both lack quality but one works and the other strolls around.
People spend big money to watch these players, young kids that dream to be in this position, watch these players, and this is what's produced, and it's not the first time.

He was never a good pressing player and he was never good on the defensive side, he was always a liability on our squad when the opposition attacked us!
But he was performing on the attack and somehow he was able to make for his lack of defensive effort, but with this stats of this season.. and him jogging on the field just like he is in training is the reason why i think is for the best for both parties to move on from each other.
I know he is a local boy, and he loves the club… but man he needs to wake up or he needs to get away from our club, us as fans can’t defend him anymore, we can’t get behind him with this kind of performance, we see no desire no passion nothing!!! That’s shocking for a player that is entering his ‘’prime’’
Dear @MarcusRashford wake up, or please get out of our beloved club!
