Big Raymond Offor on the bench today for Derby in the championship. Amazing trajectory already having only left for the Championship club in January from Shels.
Well done big guy, first of many no doubt. ❤️⚽️🇮🇪

Happy to contribute on the Youth B licence the last couple of days. Many coaches from various clubs, all with the same common goal to improve players.
Thanks to @FAICoachDev for the invite. 👏🏻⚽️🇮🇪
Another addition to what we do was to have graduate @colmbarron in supporting the group from an informal perspective and offer his experiences & expertise.
A real example of supporting coaches and bringing our strategy to life whilst also engaging with our graduates!
Great to have Nik come in on a full time capacity. Extremely driven & will help us take the next step regarding the long term development of the clubs players. 🔴⚪️

A brilliant step forward for the Academy.
Individual player development has to be a key focus in developing the next generation of talent. Having someone like Kevin dedicated to only that will have a big impact in future years 🔴⚪️.

Delighted for this boy. For years he’s shown top quality and just hasn’t had the chance to show it on the International stage.
Some times all you need is a chance in football. 🔴⚪️🇮🇪 Well done Cillian.
A top goal scorer and a top lad. Looking forward to seeing him and Tyreik playing together at Bray. Could get a serious amount of goals between them ⚽️
Shelbourne FC are delighted to announce that Academy Graduate Dan Ring has put pen to paper on a new long term professional contract ✍🏼

Another one from the Academy to make the step to the UK.
The very best of luck to Lewis, a brilliant mentality and always showing a desire to improve. Also helps that he’s a brilliant person.
Super proud of these boys and the work being carried out on a daily basis over 5 years by all the staff.
7 Academy graduates in the squad for tonight’s UEFA conference league game.
Patience & consistency ⚽️ 🧠
Very insightful information from yesterdays ECA workshop on the impact of early transfers in European football.
Research based evidence, objective facts.
Another step forward for the club. Hopefully break new ground & get into round 3 of the UEFA Youth league.
A big task, but that’s the way we like it.
@KRochey8 🔴⚪️🇮🇪
A brilliant week in Skopje with our UEFA Youth League squad. Winning 12-1 on aggregate in any European fixture is no mean feat.
Onto bigger challenges ahead in round 2 with this magnificent group of players. Years of hard work coming to fruition. @KRochey8 👏🏻👏🏻
Brilliant night for these young players last night and great support in the crowd which made it more special. 🔴⚪️👏🏻
More good times ahead for them 🤞

The harsh reality is that our #LOIAcademy system currently ranks between 92-96 in the top 100 ranked countries in the world and the impact of Brexit has yet to reach the MNT yet.
What a night for the club and the country with two teams into the conference league.
So much more could be achieved with targeted investment into the underage Academy system.
