Getting to produce the Project Eclipse keynote is the kind of thing you don't take for granted. Proud of the team that carried it home. Incredible effort from everyone at @circleapp

Every startup marketer, content team...I'm begging you. Spill your guts. Tell us everything.
A year ago @slashapp had zero posts on socials & no marketing team. Today we’re at 20M+ impressions & tens of thousands of followers. Up until now the entire content team has been 2 people. This is how I've used AI to make this possible:

Hey, I'm Jake. This is what I do. You could call me a creative director. Or you could just call me creative. I wore a few hats on this one, and wanted to take you inside how I brought it to life on a tight turnaround. (this vlog had zero production budget, fyi)

I grew our UGC campaign to 13M+ views within 60 days. here's how I'd rebuild it within a week.

Generic AI: "You're right. I should've been building something. Instead I told you all about it." Circle AI: "Done. You want customers too? Here."
Most business copilots don't actually work. Circle AI does.

Today is my anniversary of joining @commas 🎉 Here are the biggest learnings from running my own agency to joining a nearly $1 billion startup: - DO MORE I used to overthink decisions every day, wouldn't take on deals if the optics weren't perfect, and took too long preparing for opportunities instead of just diving into them. - SURROUND YOURSELF WITH KILLERS Unless you plan on staying small, don't accept mediocracy from your team. Hire the best (culture + talent), even if they're more "expensive". They make you a lot more money. - GET AGGRESSIVELY CREATIVE If you wanna make any deal happen, then find a way to make it happen. Take some risk. - MOVE FAST Take on big risk but move so fast that by the time that deal actualizes, regardless of whether or not it was a good or bad decision, you have already made two or three other good decisions in that time that outweigh them - BE EVERYWHERE Be in every room, as many meetings as possible, and keep connecting as no relationship is invaluable. Also aggressively protect your time. - THERE'S MORE THAN ONE FUNNEL Coming from the info space we're all used to the same few funnels. There are so many different ways to get creative and generate lots of revenue. Partnerships, JV's, attribution models, paid ads, massive organic launches, etc. get more creative. - CONTENT CONTENT CONTENT Create really dope, high-quality content and get a lot of eyeballs on it. Huge for positioning, investors, etc. Expensive but worth it. This is completely different advice than I'd give you a year ago. This is what it takes to build something huge. Congrats to me.

How will creators actually stand out in 2027? From someone whose creator business earned $769,000 last year, here are 12 opportunities I'd be paying attention to: 🧵

Every one in your audience is asking “Is this AI?” And the AI giants themselves have to over-compensate to avoid this question. The process is story. Always has been.
Developers told us building with Codex feels like flying. Go behind the build of Time to Fly 📷

“The best companies in the world do not only compete on category, market, or compensation. They compete on identity. Ambitious people tend to value a few things intensely: feeling special, being close to power, becoming undeniable, staying full of optionality, belonging to a mission, being in the room where history bends but they often do not know which of these they are actually optimizing for yet.”

Introducing the Circle MCP. You can connect your community to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini and use it to look up members, queue up posts, analyze threads, create spaces, develop courses, send DMs, bulk-create tags, and 100+ other things from your own AI ecosystem. It comes with both read AND write access, which makes it a lot more fun than other MCPs!

“So…do any cool projects this year?” Yeah a few. Thanks to @circleapp and @sidyadav for making this an incredible year.
This year, more than 12 million people chose to spend their time in Circle communities. As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been thinking a lot about the special moments happening in our communities every day for those millions of people. While other platforms are built to keep people scrolling, our communities help people learn new skills, take new directions, and create meaningful change for themselves and others. Far from mindless engagement, Circle communities are about enabling personal and professional transformations. It's easy to forget that every transformation is a life changing event. For some, this could be a new career or a business, and for others it's a new lifestyle. Not many in the world get to claim something as good and grand as their vocation, but we do. We also believe in our heart that making money, impact, and meaning shouldn’t be a trade-off. We think there’s a way for every creator, entrepreneur, and business to achieve all three, and to stop for nothing less. Once you’ve truly achieved it, you get to jump out of bed every morning with insatiable passion, purpose, and desire to build something beautiful for the world. Like I do every day! On that note, I made a short video reflecting on this theme and our most notable releases this year. A TL;DR of our major releases this year 🤯 - AI Agents - AI Workflows - AI Copilot - AI Summaries - Desktop App - Website Builder - Custom App Builder - Visual Email Builder - Push Notifications Builder - Circle Connect - Video Player Redesign - Live Redesign - Voice Notes In addition to those major releases, we shipped 200+ minor improvements and design updates. THE TEAM TRULY GAVE IT THEIR ALL! As we wrap up the year, I want to share my heartfelt gratitude to every Circle team member and customer for being on this ride with us, and for the incredible effort you put in. You should be super proud. Circle is in the business of transformation. Every year, it gets a little less lonely to be building a company with transformation at the core, because people are finally starting to get it. The world needs us now more than ever. And thanks to reaching profitability this year, Circle will soon be hiring for 50+ roles across the company, with the majority of these in our engineering and design teams, solely focused on making our product better. Thank you ❤️ See you in 2026!

Whatever it is, there's a Circle for that. In case you missed it, we took over Times Square this week for a campaign featuring Circle creators like Ali Abdaal, Codecademy, Entreprenista, Mila Clarke, Jay Clouse, Pat Flynn, The Running Channel, and TroopHR! From run clubs to diabetes support groups, Circle helps creators and brands build homes for their communities, memberships, events, courses, and more.

Incredible moment for @circleapp! These creators absolutely deserve the spotlight for their impact.
14 years ago, I made my first ever trip to New York City as a tourist from New Zealand. After a month of walking every inch of this city while blasting Jay Z’s “Empire State of Mind”, the city started to seep into my soul. A day before I was supposed to fly back to New Zealand, I got the chance to go in an interview at a young startup, where the founders were kind enough to offer me a job on the spot (thanks Stefan & Michael!) That interview happened in a building near Times Square, and the whole experience was right out of a movie scene. I finally made it to New York City, where I’ve lived for the past decade+, met my wife, became a father, and started a company. Flash forward... I finally made it to New York, where I’ve lived for the past decade+, met my wife, became a father, and started a company. A couple days ago, we took over Times Square with a Circle campaign featuring some of our coolest customers, including Ali Abdaal, Entreprenista, TroopHR, Jay Clouse, Mila, Codecademy, The Running Channel, and Pat Flynn! The theme of the campaign was: “Whatever it is, there’s a Circle for that.” This campaign was our love letter to New York City and our community builders, both of whom make dreams happen for millions of people ❤️
