We attempted to reach out to organizers well before the action asking if we could provide local support and context. We did not get a reply. We still have not gotten a reply. We signal boosted the call to action and supply requests out of good faith with the organizers.

Glo’s was supposed to start serving community meals again on June 1st with my role being to to supervise direct service. I was fired in May. No meals have been served out of the new space for these past four months. Owners have not mentioned the community meals program to staff. – at Seattle, WA
