Three years since the 7th of October 2023.
Three years ago, Hamas terrorists infiltrated Israel, murdering 1,200 men, women and children, injuring thousands and taking 251 people captive. May their memories forever remain a blessing.
We join with @BoardofDeputies and @JLC_uk in condemning this deeply damaging motion. Jewish Londoners will rightly expect Green elected representatives across our city to make clear where they stand.
“The motion passed by the Green Party today is an attack on the Jewish community. It is an antisemitic platform, based on a grossly offensive distortion and erasure of Jewish experience and identity.”

We have raised the Jewish community’s deep concern about this march taking place on 7 October with the @metpoliceuk. We welcome this clear response. For many Jewish Londoners, 7 October is a day of mourning & remembrance. We hope the organisers will listen & reschedule the march
The Met has urged a group of students planning to march on Wednesday, 7 October – the anniversary of the terror attack on Israel – to hold their protest on a different day.

This motion’s impact will reach far beyond the conference. For many Jewish Londoners, Zionism forms part of their Jewish identity & connection to Israel. Branding it as racism risks deepening hostility towards Jews. We’ve raised these concerns with the Green Party in London
Thank you to all the candidates for participating. A constructive debate and an important opportunity for the Jewish community of Holborn & St Pancras to hear where the candidates stand on the issues that matter most.

Thank you to Enfield Council Leader @alexgeorgiou for his support of the Jewish community both in Enfield and in London. We discussed issues including community safety, cohesion and the worrying normalisation of antisemitism, and explored how we can work together to address them

LJF welcomes this investment from the Home Office and the Met. Strong policing relies on strong relationships with communities. This commitment will strengthen protection and build trust. We look forward to supporting its delivery and helping keep Jewish Londoners safe.
Last week, LJF took two groups of Conservative (pictured) & Labour councillors to visit the @novaexhibition. Participants described it as deeply moving, suggesting it should be seen around the world to challenge biased views & remind people of the importance of shared humanity
“No one should experience prejudice when accessing healthcare or working within the health system.”
We look forward to working with @BoardofDeputies, NHS partners and communities across England through the new Jewish Health Equity Partnership.
A fantastic day at the recent @maccabigb Fun Run, sharing the work of the London Jewish Health Partnership, providing health information & helping children learn about good oral hygiene. It was a pleasure to introduce the Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London to our work & impact
