With members across UK policing, welfare & wellbeing is so very important to us. We have heard from our members with fortnightly listening circles & our survey, developing understanding of where more support is needed. We have met senior leaders to share this & next steps 1/3.
We have welcomed new members this past month, as well as supporting numerous forces with operational policing plans surrounding events this month and for Chanukah. We have continued to support individuals and advise line managers 2/3
