As a reminder, the unelected CLC sets the corporate law for Delaware that governs the majority of corporations in the country. And they are again trying to do it without time for the legislature to adequately assess and deliberate changes.

There’s a bill in the House (HB 159) that would stop this and ban corporations and other entities from voting in municipal elections. It hasn’t been heard in committee yet, while this Republican-led bill has repeatedly made it on to the House agenda.
