No surprise. I was recently arrested at Delaney Hall in illegal kettle & cop deliberately squeezed cuffs so tight my circulation was cut off for 4 hrs. Excruciating. Hands felt like they’d explode. If left overnight or > 8 hrs, it’s gangrene territory & must be amputated.
I’ve been wondering about this every day since as my right hand is still numb 2.5 months later & possibly permanent. Well no need to wonder, this is exactly what happens: you must cut off your hands.
Ofc learning math matters & not just bc mathematically-illiterate Caitlin fans think a player who shoots 36% from 3 should take more 3s than a teammate who shoots 45% from 3. It’s bc the process of math trains our brains to solve problems that’s transferable to life beyond math.
The exact opposite of everything Obama says here is true. Then and now. He couldn’t be more out of touch with this moment we’re in.

So this performative nonsense is meant to distract from the fact that hundreds of NYPD vehicles escorted Netanyahu to the UN today, giving him a grander welcome than most, if not all, heads of state. Meanwhile the NYPD was arresting anti-genocide protesters in the streets.
A far cry from campaigning on arresting Netanyahu. Now he won’t arrest him, won’t protest him, and says he doesn’t even encourage New Yorkers to protest.

Federal agents caught on camera brutalizing a U.S. citizen in Evanston, Illinois.
ICE officers stopped a man while he was out walking, forcefully restraining him on the street. The moment agents realized he was a U.S. citizen, they quickly abandoned the scene shouting at onlookers to "back the f*** up" as they dispersed.
