You Have Power Over Your Mind...
3 Lessons For A Winning Mindset
Lesson 1 - Embrace a Growth Mindset:
Our beliefs about our abilities can greatly impact our success. By embracing a growth mindset, we believe our skills can be honed through perseverance and effort. This mindset fuels our desire to improve, propelling us to greater heights.
Lesson 2 - Turn Obstacles into Opportunities:
Challenges, setbacks, obstacles – they're not roadblocks, but stepping stones to success. Remember, diamonds are just pieces of charcoal that handled stress exceptionally well.
Lesson 3 - Cultivate Gratitude:
In the chaos of life, it's easy to focus on what's going wrong. But, by consciously practicing gratitude, we shift our focus to the positive aspects of life, fostering joy and satisfaction.
A winning mindset isn't a product of luck, but a result of consistent, conscious efforts.
By embracing growth, seeing opportunities in obstacles, and cultivating gratitude, we can unlock the full potential of our minds.
As the architect of your thoughts, you have the power to construct a compelling destiny.

Enjoyed movie 'An Angel at my table.' Life of NZ author Janet Frame. Reminds us how often #mentalillness is wrongly diagnosed & primitive treatment given. Frame was talented & different & abused for it but she became one of her nations greatest authors. Deeply moving story.

If you write, you are a writer. If you are paid, you are a professional writer. But what, exactly, does one have to do to be considered an author?

Prince William was joined by Geri Halliwell - a #Homewards celeb ambassador - on the third visit of his UK tour in Newport.
They visited a primary school where William said the important work to prevent homelessness sometimes “starts right at the very beginning”

Always have vinegar on hand for housekeeping. Not only is white vinegar an all-natural way to clean almost every area of your home, but an entire gallon of the stuff will also last you months, and only set you back about 3 bucks.
