Grateful to @MUSC_EP fellows and former colleagues for the work to get this #PVC mapping paper out to @JICE_EP. Shifts in 3D space between sinus rhythm and PVCs influence accuracy of mapping points, a problem addressed by @JNJMedTech LAT-HYBRID module. @DrGregMichaud @BadertscherPat link.springer.com/article/10…

For all #EPeeps 🧑‍🎓 In the next few weeks, I will be posting X threads on the 10 top-cited @hrs_journal articles of 2024. A lot of great science to choose from, so let’s dive right into the first of these (in no particular order!) 1⃣ Let's start with an excellent practical approach to VT ablation by my former @brigham co-fellow @jeffw and my former @mizzou fellow @jpayne **‘A novel automated peak frequency annotation algorithm for identifying deceleration zones and ventricular tachycardia ablation sites’ Heart Rhythm, Volume 21, Issue 1, 27 – 33 heartrhythmjournal.com/artic…

That was my leaning, but couldn’t wrap my head around the timing.
The second P' appears negative while the first P is positive. An alternative diagnosis is sinus, PVC with retrograde conduction, echo beat. All 3 are plausible.

Potatoes are used to evaluate PFA and PFA is used to cook potatoes. I learn something new everyday.

Great map. An unexpected gift in the lab. This patient had symptoms for literally decades!
Left lateral accessory pathway mapped in tach with #HDGrid and ablated with #TactiFlex. Propagation shows a perfect target for ablation 🎯! #Epeeps @JPayne_EP

Has anyone described issues with auto capture and CSP. Intrinsic morphology = paced. #EPeeps

And not to give the algorithm too hard of a time, I challenge anyone to figure out which of these is paced. cough* humble brag * cough.
