Cruised on down to 27° / 25°. Definitely a cool spot in the metro. @BianchiWeather @NWSBoulder

28.2° at station height (9’ AGL) and 26.2° near ground level with room to fall further. Growing season is done in the south metro. @BianchiWeather @BoulderCAST @NWSBoulder

Modeled snowfall totals going up instead of down as the storm approaches is a new thing. I’ll take it.

Illegal formation call was soft, but leaving Smith wide open will ultimately seal the deal.

Not a lot of fall foliage showing up in the Sonoran desert.

Does from the air count? @BianchiWeather @EFisherWX
Alright, who's chasing snowliage in the San Juans this week? It sounds like there'll be some overlap between peak color and fresh snow.

Entire state of Illinois on the right and you miss left. Bad golf shot.
Christiaan Bezuidenhout goes OB on the 2nd hole at Medinah CC 💀 Is this fair? 🧐

Weird foliage year. About half of the large aspen grove off Griffith Mountain has dropped its leaves, and the other half is still generally at or sub-peak. A lot of brown / dropped leaves this year where other groves remain generally unchained YoY.

One of the dumber tweets I’ve had the displeasure of seeing on my FYP.
Want me to math the shit out of you? If climate change was real, no bank would finance a 30 year mortgage within 1000 yards of the ocean. And bankers never lie about money.

“Heritage Texans” is wild. Proud of my time at UT and proud to have some of my best friends who are S/E Asian. The fact that this kind of racism has gone from the backrooms to the forefront of American political discourse is disgusting.
The weepy moralizing is disgusting. Why doesn’t your heart break for the Heritage Texans who were locked out of opportunity at our state flagship? Every spot that goes to an immigrant is a spot taken away from Texans whose families made UT a world class university.
