Havenāt been very active on this app recently, but Iām happy to share our work that was published in Jan- focused on the biophysics and validation of pulse-width modulated temporal interference (PWM-TI), using patch clamp, wide field calcium imaging and computational modeling
Charlotte E. Luff et al. show that pulse-width modulated temporal interference (TI) is an effective neuronal activator compared with conventional TI, and also model the membrane biophysics behind this fascinating effect

(6/7) We are very excited about the application of this method in future research, especially for its potential to devise alternative therapy interventions, addressing network disruptions inherent in neurological conditions, e.g., hyperactivity in prodromal Alzheimerās disease.
Keep an eye out for @nir_grossman discussing our new study and technology on @itvnews at 6:30 and 10pm tonight!
