Today marks the 16th day of resistance in Georgia.
Around 500 people have been arrested. At least 350 tortured or beaten. Journalists have been attacked and arrested. Many have been hospitalized. They kidnap you from your home, from the streets, using every tactic to break us.
But we remain strong, united, and unwavering in our fight against the pro-Russian regime.
We are waiting for action against those responsible for this terror. ACT.

🚨 Nino Lomjaria, lawyer and former Public Defender of Georgia 🇬🇪, reports alarming instances of torture and repression against detained citizens of #GeorgiaProtests:
•Prolonged physical attacks targeting the head and face, lasting for hours.
•Looting that leaves victims without shoes, clothing, or personal belongings.
•Pouring water on detainees and threats or acts of breaking their limbs.
•Widespread use of threats of rape, with almost all victims, especially women, facing sexualized threats.
•A judicial system is complicit in this abuse, as judges show no interest in victims’ accounts.
Lomjaria emphasizes the systemic nature of these human rights violations.
