Peace decides whether a child can go to school, a family can return home and a community can look to the future without fear. Across the IGAD region, its absence is felt in lives disrupted and opportunities lost. It is against this backdrop that IGAD remains committed to bringing people together, preventing conflict and supporting those who build peace in their communities every day. Happy International Day of Peace. 🕊️ #InternationalDayOfPeace #InvestInPeace #OneRegionOneFuture
