I ran Claude on my tax return for the first time and it has radicalized me with how many mistakes it found

Last day in NYC. Continually amazed at how big this place is and how much is going on.

Rubio is going to be giving Apple keynotes after he’s done at the Department of State.
SECRETARY RUBIO on AMERICA.GOV PASSPORTS: No printing forms, no drugstore hostage photo, no appointment, no line, no middleman that you're paying to do something that should be available to you.

Air traffic was crazy in Knoxville this weekend with the Texas game and POTUS visiting. TYS was full which rarely happens. TFR shut everything down for a while. One of the craziest things was this Citation XL landing at DKX. That’s a no room for error decision!

There was also a PC24 that chose to land at DKX. It’s rare to ever see a jet go to DKX. Biggest I have seen before this was a vision jet in the fall.

In 2016 I bought this stock around $6 then shortly sold for $8 and was a genius
BREAKING: Advanced Micro Devices stock, $AMD, officially crosses above $1 trillion in market cap for the first time in history. This puts the stock up +30,400% over the last 10 years. $10,000 invested in AMD in 2016 would be worth $3,050,000 today.

Visiting the WW2 Museum in New Orleans today with Great Grandaddy. He will be 102 in a few months!
In 2 weeks the @GarySinise foundation is flying my 101yo great grandfather (WW2 vet) down to New Orleans to visit the WW2 museum. He recently had a historian interview him for a few hours which will be kept at the museum. He is very excited for the trip!

PM is a means to an end. I strongly believe nobody will do as good of a job as the actual owner, at least in the sub institutional space. The money is made from having your properties run better which boosts cashflow and value.
Property management is a hard business and a terrible way to make money. I’d never be in it if I didn’t own the properties. The money is in owning the real estate. Property management is just how I protect it.

Every time I argue with someone about this I say “show me on the W2 where the bonus is broken out”
I don't know how many times I have to explain this but here it is Person A: $150k of income + $50k bonus Person B: $200k income Tax = The same! Whether paid in bonus or income, you are taxed the same rate More (or less) just may be withheld Withholding and actual tax liability are 2 different things

There’s a restaurant in Knoxville I used to go to all the time and order the shrimp dish. I’d always ask for tails off. Servers knew my order and would ask if I was getting “shrimp no tails?” Finally the chef changed it to just come that way for everyone.
Genuinely wtf is the point of leaving the tail on the shrimp in a pasta dish

This is good data. I generally dislike unpaid reservations but my hunch has always been to keep them as an option because it provides a lower barrier of entry for lead capture. I’d rather get a reservation and attempt to close it than nothing at all.

I worked at a bank 10 years ago and was in a lot of credit committees. A sales exec was making a presentation on lending to a new client. They showed stock price relative to another company as a basis for why they were bigger. I realized then we’re all just faking it.
While SpaceX stock lost nearly 30% and is most likely going bankrupt, Siemens increased by 14% Siemens is now also worth 2.5x more than SpaceX (€273 vs. $114) Tell me again how the US "tech" is superior to Europe?
