google's omni model basically turns podcast ugc into a production line this visual shows the entire system from one prompt to finished ad prompt → creator → synchronized → edited → final one angle becomes multiple creators with matched audio, captions and polished exports no clip stitching, manual voice syncing or sending revisions to an editor i feed the angle in and the workflow handles everything downstream automatically the result feels native, holds attention and sells without screaming ai ad so f*ck it, i'm giving away the exact setup i use rt + comment “podcast” and i’ll send the workflow + scripts (follow for dm)

I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process: He gave me and my team a masterclass on using AI to scale marketing and creative. Most brands use one tool with a bad prompt and hope it will solve all their problems. He chains 7 different tools together for: ideation, image creation, video editing, and iterating based on performance. ALL using AI and two offshore designers. I paid him 6-figures to build these systems for my companies. Now, I’m giving them away for free. Repost + Reply “GA” to get the guide in your DMs.

I'm watching all these people tool hopping right now cursor claudecode openclaw i've had multiple friends ask me have you tried openclaw yet I tell them no I ask them what they're using it for to drive their business forward and why they've chosen the opportunity cost of switching to this I haven't really gotten an answer yet and I find that they actually don't know what they're driving towards and without that, none of this matters the outcome is what matters the tools to get there dont it's always been this way it will never change stop being distracted ask the right questions

I think about this twice a day. Every morning when I sit down to read & then when I sit down to write, I say to myself, "Accept the initial agitation." When you try to focus, Andrew Huberman explains, "the brain circuits that turn on first are of the stress system." Meaning: "The agitation and stress that you feel at the beginning of something—when you're trying to lean into it and you can't focus—is just a recognized gate. You have to pass through that gate to get to the focus component." There's a common misconception, Huberman continues, "The misunderstanding around how certain brain circuits work has led to this idea that there's some secret entry point—maybe marked 'flow' on the door—and there's a trampoline up to that door, and you just open that door, and you're immediately in [a deep state of focus]. And nothing could be further from the truth." The truth is: "There is a gate of entry. You have to wade through some sewage before you can swim in clear water. That's the way I always think about it." I once told Andrew that I say to myself, "accept the initial agitation," every time I sit down to read or write, and he said, "the agitation is indeed the doorway to the whole process." - - - The clip below is from Andrew's 2020 interview on Rich Roll's podcast (youtu.be/SwQhKFMxmDY)

Entrepreneurship is amazing. But let's quit shaming people for working a 9-to-5. Here's why: 👇

The most important step toward robust mental & physical health is when we realize that no single protocol, program supplement or Rx* is alone going to solve it & we instead initiate a series of *daily actions toward persistent wellbeing*. Those actions are (& always will be): 1) sleep, 2) viewing sunlight (even through clouds), 3) movement (cardio & resistance & mobility training; not necessarily all on the same day), 4) quality nutrition (content, amount timing), 5) social connection, including connection to self. From there, the list expands, of course, based on individual needs, preferences, disposable income, etc. but the above 5 form a robust and reliable foundation. *some people require Rx medication support of course. That does not erase the need for the basic 5 behaviors.

In addition to painting, Pablo Picasso was also a sculptor, a printmaker, and a theater designer. French artist Henri Matise was a painter and a draughtsman in addition to his work as a printmaker. Painter Marc Chagall also excelled as a glassmaker and a tapestry maker. We see a similar pattern in painter Joan Miró, who demonstrated mastery as a sculptor and a ceramicist. Artistic genius is never constrained by medium. Great painters, if they are truly great, can express their genius in just about any medium. The same is true for great leaders. Those that are exceptional at relationships are great at relationships in every corner of their lives — with friends, family, colleagues, and clients. Leaders who are extraordinary at decision-making make quality decisions in every setting, including at home and with friends. The point is simple. We can’t turn off excellence. Great leadership — if it is truly great — expresses itself across one’s life. Like artistic genius, exceptional leaders can apply their unique brand of genius to all settings and situations. Great leadership is always about the whole person.

What people don't get about discipline is there is ALWAYS an urge to be a degenerate. Never stops. But society has confused giving into that "degeneracy" with joy THUS being disciplined=sad life of denying joy It's not. It separating you FROM GREATER joy. Here's why 🔻 Discipline is saying no to cheap high, so you can enjoy lifes GREATEST highs. Every so often I think -It'd be so great to go binge drink with friends -I wish I could play that new video game -I want to eat a giant bowl of ice cream -LETS F#$KING PARTY! I don't. Not because I don't want to. I do. I would get very high and be joyful AF doing them. Then I will wake up and lose to my ultimate highs -Crushing it in business -Building my body -Working towards my black belt in BJJ -Evolving as a man and be STUCK in my average, easy, settling comfort zone VS crushing my life. We've all done it. The never ending cycle of building yourself up, giving into degen habits and losing all progress over and over. This is why most people stay stuck all their lives and then slowly lose the battle of time, health, money, success, full fillment to their "cheap joys" The degeneracy takes the focus, energy, willpower, time and passion you NEED for your greatest happiness and gives you a few cheap thrills for a night. In short, a life spent of discipline is not one where you give up fun/high/happiness. Its one where you GIVE UP lesser highs/happiness for the truly euphoric.

“Money Twitter” has run out of money. I’m going to say it, “Money Twitter” is a Ponzi scheme. Grow an audience Create a newsletter Sell a digital product Sounds reasonable in theory, but in practice is just people talking about how to grow on Twitter. It has no more depth. A bubble within a bubble. And everyone is starting to wake up. The meta is evolving and creators don’t identify themselves anymore under the “Money Twitter” tag, just simply as Twitter creators. Documenting their journey, sharing their thoughts, and connecting with others. No more “let me show you the way, I’m an expert with more than 30 days of experience” mentality. Instead is a “let’s build together” Build an online reputation. Build a passion project. Build a movement. Yes, you can make money online. But not with a get-rich-quick mentality, take this as a lifetime project. A digital footprint of your journey.

I’m still mad about Covid (a lengthy thread). 1. I’m mad that we couldn’t have meaningful conversations about vaccine efficacy on any of the major social media platforms without consequences like our posts being taken down; being shadow banned; or even being deplatformed.

Most people suck at entrepreneurship. Here’s how to use the ‘Start. Stop. Keep’ method to make sure you’re not one of them:

A 15-minute conversation asking promising talent to actively decide to become leaders can help organizations weed out those who won’t lead.  It's high time organizations of all stripes stop appointing leaders. Ask for their commitment upfront before they are given the title.

The financial censorship of political enemies is something we’re used to seeing under authoritarian regimes. No one was surprised when Russia froze more than 100 bank accounts tied to opposition leader Alexei Navalny. But Canada did it too, locking more than 200 accounts of people protesting vaccine mandates. #Kennedy24
