I just turned 30. Here’s my top 10 pieces of advice to anyone in their 20’s.
(The last one might surprise you…)
google's omni model basically turns podcast ugc into a production line
this visual shows the entire system from one prompt to finished ad
prompt → creator → synchronized → edited → final
one angle becomes multiple creators with matched audio, captions and polished exports
no clip stitching, manual voice syncing or sending revisions to an editor
i feed the angle in and the workflow handles everything downstream automatically
the result feels native, holds attention and sells without screaming ai ad
so f*ck it, i'm giving away the exact setup i use
rt + comment “podcast” and i’ll send the workflow + scripts

Any good tools or services out there for roasting a paid UA funnel for our lifestyle/dating PWA app?
We want advice on where the holes are in our funnel from ad > socials > app stores > onboarding > paywall.
We are willing to spend money to get to the answer quickly and are only interested in talking to people with real experience in B2C apps.
Please do not point us towards blunt AI tools that don't work.

I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process:
He gave me and my team a masterclass on using AI to scale marketing and creative.
Most brands use one tool with a bad prompt and hope it will solve all their problems.
He chains 7 different tools together for: ideation, image creation, video editing, and iterating based on performance.
ALL using AI and two offshore designers.
I paid him 6-figures to build these systems for my companies.
Now, I’m giving them away for free.

I'm watching all these people tool hopping right now
cursor
claudecode
openclaw
i've had multiple friends ask me have you tried openclaw yet
I tell them no
I ask them what they're using it for to drive their business forward
and why they've chosen the opportunity cost of switching to this
I haven't really gotten an answer yet
and I find that they actually don't know what they're driving towards
and without that, none of this matters
the outcome is what matters
the tools to get there dont
it's always been this way
it will never change
stop being distracted

Apple developer enrollment finally promoted for our LLC. Took 1.5 weeks which isn't too bad so I've heard.
Anyone know how long apple developer enrollment verification should be taking these days?
Provided all docs for our LLC and they've been reviewing for a week.
Google Play took 1 day.

Early Learning Curves can flip the script on your impatience in your career progression.
Next time you are waiting for a change to move forward - a change in position, a change in leadership, a change of location - ask yourself, what can you do now to accelerate your learning?
What conditions and resources are available to you now that can help you learn ahead of that change, so that you arrive even more prepared?
Perhaps it's people, information, opportunities that won't be there once the change takes place.
Your ability to lead typically depends more on the quality of your relationships than your perception of authority.
Most people crave a feeling of satisfaction.
A job well done.
A full stomach.
A mind at ease.
But too much satisfaction can work against you. It can mean complacency.

I think about this twice a day.
Every morning when I sit down to read & then when I sit down to write, I say to myself,
"Accept the initial agitation."
When you try to focus, Andrew Huberman explains, "the brain circuits that turn on first are of the stress system."
Meaning:
"The agitation and stress that you feel at the beginning of something—when you're trying to lean into it and you can't focus—is just a recognized gate.
You have to pass through that gate to get to the focus component."
There's a common misconception, Huberman continues,
"The misunderstanding around how certain brain circuits work has led to this idea that there's some secret entry point—maybe marked 'flow' on the door—and there's a trampoline up to that door, and you just open that door, and you're immediately in [a deep state of focus].
And nothing could be further from the truth."
The truth is:
"There is a gate of entry. You have to wade through some sewage before you can swim in clear water. That's the way I always think about it."
I once told Andrew that I say to myself, "accept the initial agitation," every time I sit down to read or write, and he said, "the agitation is indeed the doorway to the whole process."

Entrepreneurship is amazing.
But let's quit shaming people for working a 9-to-5.
Here's why: 👇

The most important step toward robust mental & physical health is when we realize that no single protocol, program supplement or Rx* is alone going to solve it & we instead initiate a series of *daily actions toward persistent wellbeing*. Those actions are (& always will be): 1) sleep, 2) viewing sunlight (even through clouds), 3) movement (cardio & resistance & mobility training; not necessarily all on the same day), 4) quality nutrition (content, amount timing), 5) social connection, including connection to self.
From there, the list expands, of course, based on individual needs, preferences, disposable income, etc. but the above 5 form a robust and reliable foundation.
*some people require Rx medication support of course. That does not erase the need for the basic 5 behaviors.
