I had the pleasure of going to watch our fabulous committee member, @EmmaPrach’s, ‘Our Minds’ documentary on Saturday and it moved me to tears. Such a powerful message that each young person has their own individual struggles with their mental health, but no young person is alone
This #WorldMentalHealthDay we’re excited to announce that Project Sonrisa’s ‘Our Minds’ Documentary will be released on Saturday 15th October 2022! In order to tackle the stigma surrounding mental health we must all start having more meaningful conversations.

It really highlighted that young peoples’ mental health can be impacted in many different ways. It helped me look at my situation and notice things that I didn’t realise were impacting me. Having poor mental health can feel very isolating, but please know you aren’t alone ❤️

From all of us at SYP Health and Wellbeing, we offer our condolences to the Royal Family, after the tragic announcement of Queen Elizabeth II’s death. Out of respect for the late monarch, we have blacked out our social media and will not post until the mourning period is over.
