The facts speak for themselves. Texas needs 25 years of hands-on engineering competence on the Railroad Commission, not another political insider.

If you're wondering about the fight between the Railroad Commission and Texas Lege, the @houstonchron has an op-ed from @HawkDunlap about how the RRC recently stifled public comment. houstonchronicle.com/opinion…
Response from @ChristianForTX: "This is an attack on democracy. Chairman Darby’s answer to a minor adjustment to the public-input process is to threaten the ultimate form of public input: Texans’ right to elect their Railroad Commissioners."

You had my vote, Hawk. Thanks for being one of the few candidates to actually look out for your fellow Texans. Wishing you nothing but success in the future. For anyone wondering why Hawk ran in the first place - youtu.be/CFnae8jDYPc

Here’s the well in November 2024. It’s been leaking toxic brine into the ground for over 18 months. Now it’s also flowing oil. Chevron doesn’t care. The Texas Railroad Commission doesn’t care either.
Hey Chevron - any plans to fix these old rotten wells leaking produced water, gas, and now oil in Crane County? Or just wait and see what Conoco, Blackbeard, Goodnight, and Formentera do? It’s not getting better with time.

Latest drone shots from McCamey sinkhole where last week’s rain caused the oil to overflow and spill onto University Lands. Why hasn’t the RRC admitted this is a problem yet? I’m sure Bo French has a plan, right?

The Merediths were forced to abandon their house after it filled with black goo, reaching gas concentrations at explosive levels. Despite evidence of oil and gas pollution, the state “wanted to act like it would go away,” the family says. readfrontier.org/stories/oil…
