Before you go to vote, remember what is at stake.
James Talarico will be a 100% reliable vote for Chuck Schumer. He will re-open our borders, take away your Second Amendment rights, and end Texas' oil industry.
He will fight for taxpayer funded abortion through birth and trans surgeries for minors-- and rub your most deeply held Christian beliefs in your face while doing it.
We need everyone to get out and vote for @KenPaxtonTX, a leader who will deliver for us in the Senate just as he's done as our Attorney General.
It’s remarkable to watch Democratic candidates insist they aren’t socialists, then celebrate when Bernie Sanders comes to town and endorses their ticket.

As Bernie Sanders brings his socialist message to Texas, I am calling on Clayton Tucker to disavow his former boss' Green New Deal - which would essentially defund public schools.

LOL - Another "Made with AI" ad by Clayton Tucker.
For someone who claims to hate data centers, he sure uses a lot of them in his campaign.
How many unionized film workers were displaced in the making of this ad? #Hypocrite #TxLege
TODAY is the start of early voting!
Don’t wait until Election Day. Plan to get to the polls as soon as you can; bring your friends and family. Every single vote matters.
Help us keep Texas RED!
Day one. I'm on the ballot way down at Railroad Commissioner, the office that regulates oil and gas drilling and pipelines in Texas. Don't stop at the top. Vote the whole ticket.

NEW AD: James Talarico wants to set our way of life ablaze.
Talarico has declared war on Texas oil and Texas beef, and now he wants to burn our economy to the ground.
Democrats have proven over and over again their policies are bad for oil and gas production, energy reliability, and fuel affordability.

It's Friday and that means it's time for another weekly refinery explainer.
Bur first - we remind you again that USOGA are not refiners. We just bring it out of the ground. That's someone else's job and their economics are different from ours.
So yelling at us about "price gouging" or "mid-term meddling to elect Democrats" just isn't very astute.
(That means smart BTW.)
But the vast majority of our loyal followers ARE incredibly smart and we want you know what is going on - so here is the bottom line.
1- The U.S. needs its small refineries now more than ever. They provide regional markets with affordable products. It would help if we had more of them.
2- The U.S. needs permit reform if we expect climb out of this hole we have dug for ourselves.
3- Biden Administration regs saying we could get rid of 64 billion gallons of refined products and no one would notice was stupid.
Hope this helps.
And remember. The farmer just raises the chickens and grows the potatoes but he doesn't control the cost of your chicken tenders and fries at the gas station -- so to, we produced the oil but we don't control the price at the pump.
Enjoy!
Texans deserve both water and energy abundance but obstructionists would rather hinder oil and gas production and water solutions for Texans than accept the common sense solution of treated produced use.
Perpetual and weaponized skepticism will not help Texans. Research is proving private industry can make responsible use of this water possible. It’s time for big government to get out of the way and let private innovation work.

Consortium researchers evaluated water quality from pilot treatment projects conducted in 2024 and 2025, finding that advanced treatment can substantially reduce salinity and other contaminants in produced water. Treated samples also reportedly met Texas Commission on Environmental Quality drinking water limits for nearly all comparable water quality parameters.

SOS announces a record 19 million registered voters in Texas ahead of early voting Monday
Texas Secretary of State Robert Howden today announced that Texas has 19 million registered voters ahead of the Nov. 3 General Election. Learn more here: bit.ly/4BciWBg
👀
Clayton Tucker now claims @natesheetsforTX won't debate him, but just two months ago he posted on social media about how he and Nate Sheets hosted the first debate of the 2026 General Election.
If he lies about small things like this, what else is he lying about? #txlege

MAJOR WIN: I secured a first-of-its-kind settlement with Temu to protect Texans’ data from the CCP and to protect consumers from toxic products from China.
Crew leads: early voting runs Oct. 19-30 and Election Day is Nov. 3. Pick a day, make a plan so your guys can vote, and vote as a crew. The Railroad Commission regulates your industry. Don't let someone else pick who runs it.
Followed.
Oil and gas bros need to connect and work to get the word out.
If you’ve got an O&G business or are running a crew, shut it all down on November 3rd and get your people to the polls.
Tell your contractors they they aren’t allowed to bill more than half a day on election day and make sure they know why.
If you’re working on a crew, talk to your supervisor about shutting everything down on election day and making sure everybody votes.
Yet again, the hard left is targeting our industry. We need to make sure they don’t get their hands on the Railroad Commission.
That would be catastrophic.

Despite our historically razor-thin majority and Democrats shutting down the government for 120 days, House Republicans have delivered common sense wins for the American people:
✅ $4.6 trillion in tax cuts — the largest middle & working class tax cut in history
✅ $1.6 trillion reduction in wasteful government spending and fraud
✅ Trump Accounts for children to start their American Dream
✅ First nationwide school choice program
✅ Lower prescription drug prices
✅ Crime is down to historic lows
✅ Secured border
**Reminder: Democrats voted against all of it and want to reopen the border, eliminate fossil fuels, and raise your taxes!
