@Grok created the original cartoon image, just from text based on my recent X posts at the time, and I've always been impressed. This time I asked to make the images real, trying the same two prompts. My local model made me overweight and gave me stubble and sideburns. Grok gave me golf balls to eat once. Never mess with an artist's vision!

I tried adding a hat to my profile picture using @Grok, and with my local model. Same prompt. Of course, the text... but I think the local model got the cartoon style of the hat a little closer.

My NHL bot is still working, every day there's hockey. Does Los Angeles still have a team, or did they forfeit the season? WOW!

Remember there used to be a sweet old lady on the network morning shows selling a book about fast food secret recipes at home? I forgot, so I just put a bunch of melted lard and spices to absorb more hickory smoke flavor. "It's the wood that makes it good."

Why do I get the feeling the French are going to wake up tomorrow like the morning after Tet in Full Metal Jacket? Without the Anne Margaret joke.

Have you ever "forgot" that your CPU has instructions for just about everything? How much faster can you make the critical inner loops of your program if you just put @Grok to work for a few minutes?

@omarchy and @DHH : I love the Workspaces and I'm using two monitors. The trouble is when things positioned where I want them, they seem stuck on the monitor where I created it without extra steps. My neck is sore, so I had @Grok make a key binding to swap what's on A and B.

Yes, I'm still using @Bot to give win probabilities for every NFL and NHL game, and betting pocket change. Damn Eagles in London, should have cashed out! Got the Broncos last night. Still up about 150% Nothing today.

Ok, some of this is my own laziness, leaving code alone that worked perfectly for years. What's next when your first few hours with @Grok and Cursor you cut the number of lines of code in half, on a project that's already orders of magnitude smaller than your competitors?
