⭐ EPA Employee Spotlight ⭐ Meet Marc Kinder, a Facilities and Security Officer in the Office of Finance and Administration’s Facilities Management and Services Division. Marc’s background in military leadership, facilities management, physical security and operations helps him approach challenges with a practical, team-oriented mindset. He believes the best outcomes are through collaboration, and he credits the talented colleagues behind the scenes whose expertise and commitment make success possible. Marc is a subject matter expert for the Enterprise Personnel Identification Verification Credential Program, a program that is fundamental to the agency's security and daily operations. He credits the program with giving him the opportunity to solve complex challenges, share knowledge, and help strengthen an enterprise-wide program that serves thousands of users. Most colleagues don’t know that Marc is passionate about emergency preparedness and resilience beyond his role at EPA. He serves in his church's safety and security ministry and enjoys developing practical preparedness resources that help organizations and families feel more confident and ready for emergencies.
