Almost TWO YEARS after a driver veered off the road and destroyed a bus shelter, fully grown tree, and concrete seating, the shelter has been replaced.
We’ve been begging for improvements here since the crash. Thank you @seattledot @KingCountyMetro for coming through!

Is there a way to know how many citations the Do-not-block-the-intersection cameras on Stewart St @ Denny Way in Seattle issue?
Standing here for (a very late) @FixTheL8 Bus 8 and literally every minute (even an SDOT car...!)
We are beyond disappointed in SDOT's proposals here. The plan of "exploring future options like dedicated bus lanes once key congestion issues are addressed" is completely nonsensical.

SDOTs assumption that drivers to Capitol Hill will sit in traffic for 34 mins instead of taking a faster bus is obviously wrong and a dangerous assumption keeping a situation at odds with virtually every goal that voters, mayors, city councils and SDOT itself has set for the city

Metro has been training for our race tomorrow but just because they paint the bus red doesn’t make it fast!
Join us next Thursday, July 10th at 5 PM @ Denny / Dexter to race Route 8! It’s easy to outwalk the L8, but can we still beat it while doing the cha-cha slide, hopscotching, or in a conga line? Join one of our race activities or bring your own idea you can do faster than the bus!
